The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was quite easy. The hotel is very modern. There was no restarant to take an evening meal. The breakfast was not so good. It is quite a long walk to the old town. |

Room cleanliness - staff kindness Location (relatively far from the town center: at least 20 min walk) - breakfast (at 9.30 the breakfast room was full and the staff couldn't keep up with preparing tables and bringing new food and drinks as well as clean cups, dishes. etc.) |

The hotel is very new and the room was spacious and comfortable. There are no signs in the city that give hotel directions and since we did not have a GPS, we spent almost 2 hours lost driving around the city looking for the hotel. |

If this is how a four-star hotel should be then I'm the Pope of Rome. I don't wanna say that no-one should stay there but you will see that some three-star hotels of international chains have a better standard. Location: suburb in the sense of Spanish 'suburbio'. The surrounding buildings are housing estates in the not so good sense of the word. |

Very easy access when arriving by road, and only a short walk from the sights. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff efficient, unobtrusive. Very good breakfast buffet. In short, excellent value for money, Will definitely return1 No attractive views from the rooms, but you only had to walk for ten minutes to catch a splendid view of the old town |

great secure parking, easy walk to the old town. 1: one of the most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept on - it was like sleeping on a table, rock hard. 2: the room was stifling hot which turned out to be because the hotel had turned off the air con at the mains. 3: the emergency light above the door lit the whole room at night. |

Cleanliness Hotel setting is poor. The dual carriageway outside is kept to minimum noise by triple glazing in the room. Surrounding area is low quality residential flats. Hotel overcharged us for an extended day compared to the price agreed at the reception the previous day. Staff denied quoting a lower price. |
