Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful when asking for information on acitivities in the area. I did not like that you had to rent a kettle. I think that is part of hospitality in a hotel and something very basic. Again you also had to rent a safe. Both of these were hidden extras. |

The staff were great and very friendly. The food was below par for a 4 star hotel. Also was almost impossible to get a bucket of ice in the room, reason???no buckets! |

If you go there by your own it takes about 7-10 minutes walking to reach the hotel from nearest public bus stop. Hotel located almost in the center of town. The nearest beach is in 2-3 minutes walking distance. The safe deposit box is in the room but for a charge of 3 Euro/day. |

Posizione centrale per la vita nel paese (Corallejo),pulizia,eleganza delle camere,gestione degli orari (colazione-cena). Insomma ciò che rende bella la vacanza in termini di strutture. Nessuno. Bisogna tuttavia avvisare che,le spiagge più belle (Dunas),sono un pò lontane dall'albergo (circa 5 km). Pertanto da raggiungere con mezzi. |

freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Musik aus der Disko war um Mitternacht noch in weit entfernten Zimmern zu hören, Shuttle-Bus zum strand nur zweimal tgl., der Poolbereich wurde um 9 Uhr geöffnet, nahezu alle Liegen waren in kurzer Zeit mit Handtüchern reserviert, die leute erschienen dann meist erst mittags |

Abbiamo apprezzato la varietà e qualità del buffet, sia a colazione che a cena; l'hotel offre un servizio di bus navetta per le grandes playas de corralejo (quelle all'interno del parco protetto); nella hall a pagamento (1 €) c'è una bilancia per pesare le valigie (ottimo quando si è in partenza!); la spa (jacuzzi, sauna e bagno turco) è gratuita, non è grandissima però c'è! Camere silenziose e grande balcone (o forse sarebbe meglio chiamarlo terrazzino!). E' in ottima posizione rispetto alla spiaggia della città, a quella delle dune e al centro della città. Abbiamo trovato un po' cara l'acqua a cena... 1,70 € per una bottiglietta d'acqua naturale da 33 cl.. però a parte questo è andato tutto benissimo!! |

La vicinanza al Centro e al Mare .Un minuto per la spiaggia ... 15 minuti per raggiungere le Dune , la spiaggia grande. Caffè espresso per la colazione viene considerato un extra ....da pagare a parte...(per me italiano è una assurdità) |

Hotel muito confortável e acolhedor. Decoração exótica. Óptima comida. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e afáveis. Na recepção muito atenciosos, especialmente a simpatia de Noelia. Uma querida. |

Estupendas instalaciones y atención en una zona turística animada Su orientación. Situado junto a la costa, las habitaciones y zona de piscina están de espaldas al mar, cuando lo más adecuado hubiera sido abrirlas con vistas a la playa. |

Personal del hotel, excelente en el trato (cuando entienden español), muy por encima de la media. En recepción a veces te atiende personal que no habla español como debería. No concibo ir a Francia y que haya un solo empleado en un 4**** que no domine el francés. Aun así todo bien porque precisamente la atención en recepción ha sido, a nuestro entender, el punto fuerte del hotel. |

cet hotel est bien situé, proche de la mer, du port, des dunes a visiter le personnel est agréable et serviable, le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et copieux le seul bémol peut être pour certains le barrage de la langue car partout il faut parler espagnol, allamand ou anglaisle francais est peu pratiqué!!! |
