Die Anlage liegt recht günstig an einem Einkaufzentrum und am Strand (wenn man diese Anhäufung von Steinen und den Sandflecken dazwischen als Strand bezeichnen mag), ist für Familien, wie Jugendliche oder ältere Reisende geeignet und hat ein recht gutes Restaurant mit grosser und gut schmeckender Auswahl. Soweit wir es mitbekommen haben, ist auch ein Kinderanimationsteam vorhanden, welches sich tagsüber um die Kinder der Gäste kümmern kann. Das Personal am Empfang kann zwar sehr gut deutsch, redet aber mit einem, wie mit einem Kind und ganz direkt einfach per du an. Des Weiteren hatte ich es das erste Mal, dass ich die Rechnung für den Aufenthalt sofort beim Checkin bezahlen musste und nicht beim auschecken, wie sonst üblich. Das zeugt von wenig Vertrauen den Gästen gegenüber. Weiterhin sollte erwähnt werden, dass das Hotel direkt an/in einem Einkaufzentrum liegt und gegenüber einer Diskothek, welche allerding wirklich selbst kaum zu hören war. |

La struttura è situata proprio sul mare adiacente ad una splendida spiaggia. Gli appartamenti sono molto confortevoli e ben arredati. Buona anche l'organizzazione. E' specificatamente orientato ad una clientela tedesca (ma è cosa che accomuna tutta l'isola). La zona in qui è situato è molto ventosa, nelle immediate vicinanze (Jandia) il vento è molto meno insistente e più gradevole. |

los sofás y la cama eran bastante còmodos la publicidad engañosa, reservé una habitación a través de Internet según unas fotos y me dieron otra que no tenía nada que ver, y para colmo el recepcionista se rió en nuestra cara dándonos llaves de otros apartamentos y haciéndonos recorrer el complejo varias veces porque el no sabía como eran las habitaciones, y eso que ibamos con dos niñas pequeñas cansadas del viaje, no tubieron ninguna consideración. No se encontraba ningún superior en el complejo. Al final nos tuvimos que marchar al día siguiente y buscar otro sitio donde pasar nuestras vacaciones, no sin antes rellenar una hoja de reclamaciones. |

La camera molto spaziosa che in realtà è un miniappartamento con angolo cottura; il verde dei giardini molto curato, personale gentile. Hotel gestito e organizzato per una clientela di lingua esclusivamente tedesca; è situato in posizione ventosissima; la pulizia della camera non viene effettuata per ben 2 volte la settimana ; alcuni accessori dell'appartamento sono molto vecchi (rubinetti senza miscelatore, l'acqua della doccia bollente, lenzuola rammendate, etc., la tv riceve pochi canali.) |

Die Einrichtung der renovierten Appartements und die Lage des Clubs, am Strand. Das Putzen in den Appartements klappt nicht immer täglich und das Essen ist mittelmässig, Fisch verkocht oder trocken. Es gibt aber auch leckere Sachen fritierte Auberginen, versch. Salate, die kleinen leckeren kanarische Kartoffeln. |

De ligging en plaats van deze ruime appartementen, de locatie dichtbij het (zand)-strand, erg goed animatie-team en bijzonder vriendelijk hotel-personeel. Goede hygiëne zowel binnen als buiten zag het erg netjes uit. Het was even wennen dat we de enige niet-duitsers waren daardoor was het voor ons niet altijd gemakkelijk de animatie te volgen (m.n. het verstaan van de musicals).Gehorige appartementen. |

Zeer aangename club, met uitstekend eten. Alles heel netjes en verzorgd en met perfecte service. 99% van de hotelgasten waren Duitsers, dit was wel spijtig aangezien een mix van nationaliteiten meestal aangenamer is. |

alles ist extrem "locker" und super für Familien mit Kinder. Hier verbringt man einen sehr angenehmen, entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub. wir haben nichts vermisst |
