sumptuous breakfast, new resort, great gym, poolside activfities, great beach nearby The reception staff, whilst reasonably efficient, were not terribly friendly and their service was slow. |

I did not like anything. The room was dirty. It was a junior suite with a huge balcony but very unsecure (as the balcony was connected to the corridor by one side). The hotel was very noisy and the food awful. It has no direct access to the beach as other hotels. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.Even 2 stars hotels are better than this one. |

Lovely hotel with great food and excellent location Arrived at hotel on very hot day and there was no where to park. We were told to drive around and find somewhere, not very helpful when all the nearby streets are no parking zones. Did find somewhere 1 1/2 miles away bit too far too walk. Eventually, after 3 cries for help at reception, we were told that there was a special offer at the nearby beach club, we would only have to pay 10 euros a day to park there (same price as hotel). After 3 hours of searching, we had finally managed to get the last available space in this car park but what an awful start to our holiday. Sorry, but won't risk coming here again. |

My room was spacious and really enjoyed the balcony. The Spa was wonderful. Parking was a nightmare. Staff was very unfriendly. Had many issues with room key not working properly. Layout of hotel was not user friendly at all. |

We visited in early May with almost no people but swimable sea. Good buffets for breakfast and dinner, quite delicious. Beautiful beach. Great shallow swimming pool for kids. Quiet. Free, good gym. Quite big rooms. Laundry was expensive, especially for kids (the hotel only offered the same price as for adults) |

It was a very relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it to anyone that will be visiting Rota, Spain I would recommend that there is someone that also speaks English working the high traffic areas, for example the check in desk, the bar and spa. Also the brochures should be in English as well as Spanish since there is an U.S. Naval base located in Rota, Spain. Overall this stay was well worth it. |

We like the spa and that's the main reason we chose this hotel. We have been many hotels in Spain for the similar spa and fitness reason. The Thalasso is a must. We also like the buffet dinner and breakast. The price and the food are reasonable. We might bring the guests with us next time to use the spa and have dinner, not stay overnight. We don't know why they gave us a diable wheelchair accessible room away from the main lobby. The bathroom is big but no bathtub due to wheelchair accessibility I believe. We are in our late 30th's and very healthy couple and no kids. I believe we are the only couple who was staying in the other wing of the hotel. No hair conditioning, no tooth brush or toothpaste. No indoor sleeper. |
