Todo perfecto, ha sido una experiencia buenísima y el trato de los empleados, genial. No tan céntrico como pensaba pero buena vista y zona tranquila. La habitación está muy bien. Economico. Por indicar algo, pensaba que era más céntrico. |

El trato con el personal fue algo exquisito, y realmente muchos hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas no te hacen sentir como en este hostal,como en casa. Destacar la amabilidad,simpatía y buen rollo que desprende la señora que se encarga de las habitaciones, que se llama Maribel, es como un gps ya que te ayuda con todo sobre la ciudad de Cuenca. Sin duda es para volver sin pensarlo. |

Las vistas y la amabilidad de recepcionista Me tocó habitación en la planta baja y hay poca distancia con recepción. Recepción debería tener en cuenta que se oye todo desde las habitaciones y desde una carcajada hasta una frase en voz alta perturba el descanso también durante el día de quien ha pasado la noche conduciendo. |

El trato del personal del hotel ha sido exquisito en todo momento. El hotel es moderno y tiene detalles muy cuidados como la iluminación, baños, climatización. Está bien ubicado excepto de la zona vieja aunque se puede pasear hasta allí. Desde la habitación se divisaba toda la parte vieja "muy bonita". La tranquilidad muy buena también. Ningún detalle importante digno de mención excepto que nosotros echamos en falta un minibar en la habitación,,,pues hacía mucho calor y apetecía beber algo. |

Muy tranquilo e íntimo, quizá le falta algo de mobiliario pero vamos, tiene lo justo y mejor que bien para pasar unos días por poco dinero. Algún detalle de limpieza, ducha que rebosa el baño. |

Es un hostal, no un hotel. La relación calidad+servicios/precio (52€ + IVA) no es buena. Lo del desayuno bufé es una broma, se trata de dos botellas de zumo (caliente), una cafetera self-service y cuatro cruasanes en una mesa en la recepción. No tiene parking y es difícil encontrar sitio en la calle. Es bastante ruidoso (exceso de pladur en lugar de ladrillo). |
