The owner/manager of Apartamentos Arco Iris was extremely friendly and very helpful when we arrived. The hotel being situated a few kilometres outside of Cuenca, there were no disturbing city noises and everything was very peaceful at night. The grounds were clean and very well kept. The cooking facilities were rudimentary but met our needs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Apartamentos Arco Iris and would not hesitate to return to this establishment. The hotel is a bit out of the way and can be difficult to find as there are no signs anywhere indicating its location. On the front sign, the name of the hotel is written in small letters and can easily be missed from the road. Our main complaint, however, has to do with the fact that at 10 AM on the morning we left, the reception office was still closed and there was nobody around. We couldn't simply leave our key on the table in the apartment because it is used to open the gate to exit the parking lot. Once outside the hotel grounds, there was no way to return it as the front gate was still closed. |

the owners of the place r really(times 3) nice people, the location is very good if u r traveling with a car(5 minutes from cuenca),huge swimming pool, clean and lovely bedrooms. we did not use all the other facilities but they looked good as well. the entrance looks a bit old, don't let that fool u. the place is wonderful. |

The owner of Iris apartments is one of the most gentle and helpful person that me and my wife have ever met. The apartments were marvellous with a lot of facilities. We have one year in Spain and our experience in Iris apartments is until now the best during our trips throughout Spain. |

Great value , clean accomodation , good adjacent open areas and walks for the dog , secure parking , great sports facilities. Rather scruffy appearance from the front which I was pleased to say was not reflected when we got inside the complex. Hard to find ,small sign well off the road.- they need to put a bigger sign on the road. |

Hotel staff is exceptionally considerate! Our family arrived after 11:00 PM and they opened the kitchen to serve us dinner. The Orange and Blue rooms that we stayed in are cheery with great design taste. We didn't have time to swim in the large pool, but it looked wonderful. We hope to stay here again in the future. |

Es un sitio muy acogedor y muy tranquilo, el dueño es encantador. Esta demasiado alejado de Cuenca. Para encontrar-lo es todo un mundo, no esta señalizado. |

el entorno ideal situado en un pinar , los apartamentos preciosos decorados con mucho gusto. Atención exquisita en todo momento y aunque he ido en otoño también lo aconsejaría para familias en verano, tiene una estupenda piscina,barbacoa, terraza y columpios para los niños. los bungalows para familias totalmente equipados , todo me ha gustado, por poner algo diría que pusieran el cartel a la entrada un poco más grande con iluminación por la noche |

El personal muy amable, lo más económico con calidad media en Cuenca. Las habitaciones muy amplias. No hay indicaciones para llegar al hotel y la zona está un poco perdida (carretera sin asfaltar). No nos dieron una cama doble (sino dos individuales) como solicitamos. |

Nosotros somos una pareja joven y nos ha encantado nuestra estancia allí. Las casas son muy bonitas y comodas ademas tienen de tod. Luego también había barbacoa que por cierto hicimos una riquisima. Yo os lo recomiendo para ir en familia o en pareja. No, me ha gustado todo y son super amables. Lo único que no hay champú, acordaros de llevarlo. |

Sin comentarios No dispone de servicio de limpieza en los apartamentos, estos no son nada confortables, el mobiliario escueto e incomodo, la cafeteria cerrada la mayor parte del tiempo, esta ubicado en un paraje que carece de encanto, relacion calidad precio muy cara, nos cobraron un plus de cancelacion por una noche y no emitieron factura al efectuar el pago, si nos la enviaron por email cuando la solicitamos. |

Erg vriendelijke beheerdersfamilie. We hadden appartement gereserveerd, maar mochten een huisje nemen voor dezelfde prijs. Schoon. Heerlijke douche. Rustig terrein. Huisje met 2-pits kitchenette, maar veel te weinig bestek, geen (koffie)koppen/mokken, geen schalen voor in de microwave enz. Om 9.30 uur was de receptie nog niet open, zodat we voor vertrek onze sleutel niet konden inleveren. Achterlaten in het huisje kon ook niet, want de sleutel is nodig om het terrein af te komen - met auto en te voet. Zwembad weliswaar prachtig, maar trappen ontbraken. |
