It was an interesting location in an old building with comfortable rooms and good reception. Too far from Cuenca and limited choice of food. |

The hotel was very old and unique with a beautiful courtyard It was extremely cold and when we asked for the heating in the room to be turned on we were told that they didn´t turn the heat on until October!!!! So we were extremely cold and we also were travelling with our young son. |

My teenage children loved the hotel, which was at one time a convent. It's brimming with character. Our air-conditioned room was on two levels, with two twin beds upstairs and a double bed downstairs. There are lots of public spaces where you can watch television, play pool, sit and talk or access the Internet (free). The pool is huge and is adjacent to an outdoor bar. It's a 10-15 minute drive along a somewhat twisty, very scenic road to the old part of Cuenca where you can view the hanging houses from a footbridge suspended over a gorge. |

Nice gardens and grounds - peaceful and tranquil - staff were helpful - the food both in the evenings and breakfast were of good quality. |

Reception changed our room when we had a noise problem. The internal terrace is very pleasant. As above, no pool in May, grounds very poor. May is a bad month for cotton wool type seed heads floating off trees and covering everything. The gorge has many barking dogs which kept us awake all night. |

Excellent location just out of Cuenca and lovely court yard with very relaxed atmosphere. Most relevant facilities on site incuding wireless internet.Good breakfast buffet. Rather poor lighting in the corridors and the bathroom had a drainage odour. The grounds at the rear need attention. |

The hotel was in a beautiful setting and was a very interesting building with great charm. The town of Cueva was easily accessible from the hotel and well worth a visit. |

Nice and quiet in beautiful surroundings. Fine breakfast Except for the lady receptionist the staff is poor in English (and German and French as well). The restaurant should open already at 8 pm in stead og 9 pm |
