het hotel ligt in het oude centrum van Cuenca. Je hebt een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen en de omgeving, dicht bij geweldige restaurants kortom een aanrader. |

The Hotel is by no mean luxurious but it is quite pleasant and the appointments are totally appropriate for the Historical Setting. The location and views are fabulous and the staff was friendly and helpful. |

location in the midle of the old town. Views from the room. The whole hotel is very noisy, and the outside noise continues untill early mornings. Parking is far away. |

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, nice view of the gorge. Beds were a little uncomfortable. No English by some of the staff. |

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful particularly as we don't speak Spanish and only one of them spoke English. It's in a good location in the old town although parking can be tricky. The breakfast was average, the staff working breakfast didn't ensure that the buffet was kept full and the hotel generally seems over-priced for its facilities i.e. room size, decor, etc. |

The main advantage of the hotel was that it was in the centre of the old town The only problem was access by car and parking, however the advantage of being in the old town outweighs this problem |

room was very warm in the winter conditions with fab views sadly the waiter in the resteraunt very surly and when he needed help from the Bar area.they closed the Bar,so we could not have a nightcap.to this end was a shame for a very nice hoteland our last evening of our xmas holiday. |

Comfortable room, with good bathroom, and a brilliant view. Good value, high quality restaurant, and excellent service all round. Hotel well situated for sights in old city, and on convenient bus route to rest of the city. No parking at the hotel or close by, although this is understandable considering the location. |

Hotel muito bem localizado, com atendentes atenciosos e prestativos e apresentou boa relação custo benefício. As instalações são um pouco antigas e uma reforma seria bem vinda. Faltou estacionamento mais próximo, fato que provavelmente iria acontecer com qualquer outro hotel próximo. |

El personal y las vistas desde la habitación. Tuvimos un problema de salud y el personal trató en todo momento de ayudarnos y darnos todo tipo de facilidades. Realmente se notaba que trataban de hacernos la estancia agradable a pesar de los problemas Lamentablemente, y no es culpa del hotel, la acera que se encuentra a la puerta del hotel es sumamente traicionera y son numerosas las personas que se han caido en ese lugar. Es muy fácil tropezar pero no es culpa del hotel sino de un ayuntamiento que no parece atender a los detalles de accesibilidad y diseño urbano cuidadoso. |

cogimos un fin de semana con una oferta de desayuno y una cena incluidos y estuvo muy bien, si no hubiese sido asi sale caro para lo que es.Para ir de turismo un fin de semana esta muy bien.La comida del restaurante genial. El personal de la cafeteria y restaurante muy bien. no tiene apacarmiento y le hace falta una reforma interior.pero esta limpio.Malos accesos para carritos de bebe |

La cercanía a los monumentos para visitar, vistas maravillosas, y acogedor. Personal muy amable. Pequeños detalles no propios de un 3 estrellas (bombillas fundidas), cisterna que se quedaba enganchada, pareces muy finas... |

Rengøringen var for dårlig, især tæpperne foran sengene var plettede og tydeligt ikke støvsugede. Vand i toilet løb hele tiden (begge værelser) Kun efter flere forsøg kunne det stoppes Cremedåse fra forrige gæst lå på gulvet og blev fjernet medens vi var der. Køleskabet blev ikke fyldt op under vores ophold. Der manglede vand. |

La situacion, para ser un tres estrellas esta bien Sobres de gel en el baño, se anuncia con unas buenas vistas, en nuestro caso solo vimos y escuchamos la calle adoquinada. |

Ubicación perfecta para visitar los principales lugares de interés de la ciudad. Muy buenas vistas. Personal del hotel muy amable. Mobiliario de la habitación viejo. Aparcar es realmente complicado ya que el parking del hotel está cerrado, tuve que aparcar en uno público a unos 400 metros del hotel y en cuesta. |

La situacion es inmejorable y aunque no tiene parking hay uno a 500 mt gratuito, desde el hotel puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio la habitacion algo anticuada |

Només arribar em van canviar a una habitació amb vistes, increible. L'amabilitat de tot el personal fa que els estigui molt agraïda. El buffet era complet i de qualitat. Hi havia 2 línies d'autobus que em portaven al centre. Conclusió: perfecte He estat només dues nits i no en tinc cap queixa |
