staff were very good, specially the man who looks after the garage! he called our room to tell us we had left the interior light on in our car. resteraunt very expensive though. |

The staff first said that there was no reservation, than took ages to find itthe hotel is not in the centre of the town - as described in your presentation - but at the bottom of the hill in the modern part of the town; it takes a steep 20 minutes walk to get to the historical centre; the bathroom was not properly cleaned |

Very clean, very good restaurant Impossible to control the heating when the hotel turned it on. Room far too hot making it impossible to sleep. Very noisy plumbing. |

A typical modern hotel with with no special features. The reception staff on arrival was apalling and made us most unwelcome.The Hotel location was not close to the historic areas as expected. no proper room service. No information in the room regarding any hotel facilities or tourist information. |

Varanda do quarto. Péssimo em termos de refeições (pequeno-almoço, jantar). O restaurante foi encerrado para atender a um grupo e não atendeu aos hóspedes individuais. Pequeno-almoço realmente medíocre. |

El edificio, un palacio del siglo XVII, según dicen, está totalmente reformado, muy moderno y confortable sin perder el encanto del edificio original. Además, está totalmente adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida. Bien situado. El aparcamiento en la zona, al estar dentro de la muralla, está imposible (hay algunas zonas azules próximas). Los ventanales de madera no son suficiente para combatir el frío, y la calefacción (una bomba de aire y un pequeño radiador en el baño) no da mucho de sí. |

Esta bien situado, centrico. En los alrededores no se puede aparcar es todo zona azul. En el parking tienes que dejar las llaves porque aparcas en doble fila. |

El desayuno tipo buffet era correcto. El personal del hotel educado y nos atendieron muy bien. La ubicación del hotel pese a no estar en el centro se encuentra relativamente cerca tanto del centro de la ciudad como del acceso al casco antiguo Es intolerable pagar por un hotel de 4* y que se escuchara desde la cama durante toda la noche cada vez que tiraban de la cadena del water en cualquier habitación de la 5ª planta. Lamentable. No dormimos nada. |

El personal es muy amable. El parque que hay enfrente es muy bonito. Para reserva de habitación doble sólo había un set de aseo, sin maquinilla de afeitar ni cepillo de dientes. El dia de la llegada había pelos púbicos en el videt, avispa viva entre las toallas, habitación muy oscura, cadena del vater muy ruidosa. Una puerta del armario estaba cerrada con llave (acceso imposible). |
