The buffet breakfast and evening meal was good, and reasonable value for money. However, the bar did not stay open very late.They said it was a 20 min walk to the bars at Palma, we gave up after 45 minutes! In the other direction the area of Cala Mayor was only 10 mins away, which was full of bars, why go to Palma ! The pool and outside of the hotel is looking tired, but the rooms were clean and comfy. |

Very friendly staff! Very clean and comfortable rooms. Large pool with nice relaxing area. Quiet. Big and cosy lounge area. Generous breakfast buffet. Late check out time (12:00). Spacious balcony. City center easy to reach with bus. Beautiful beach closeby. Excellent value for money (we paid 65Euros/night for double room with breakfast included). |

service from staff we had half board and diner was always buffet. There were different choises but most of the time meals were not warm enough. Being served for diner would have been much more appreciated. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The lobby / reception area and bar / restaurant area were excellent and very well presented. There was no tea / coffee facilities in the room. The bar closed at 11.30pm, which I feel is a bit early when you are on holiday. The breakfast was poor. |

Breakfast was ok. The 'menu del dia' for EUR 15,- was not that bad at all. The approach of the personel was very friendly. We missed a minibar at the room. We had a room at the back which had a view at a dirty and deserted parking lot. |

Staffs friendly and hospitable. Food is very bountiful and full English breakfast. I will recommend this hotel, affordable. 10 minutes walk to Cla Major Beach and nearby bus station to city centre. |
