breakfast, location, staff, cosy lounge terrace no advance notice about 6 months closure of spa and indoor swimming pool for works. air conditioning in rooms is common and cannot be individually regulated |

Great building, nice high ceilings, perfect bathroom The weels under the bed made it impossible to sit against the wall and read a book without rolling away. |

The design of the hotel, its central position and the comfort of the room. The bathroom is very pleasantly designed. The room is not very big. An ashtray was available in the room, although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. |

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I found the staff to be really friendly, the place is spotlessly clean, it also has great decor - modern with just the right touches of the historic building showing through. Also, loved the library, free internet and the spa!!! Very romantic. The bar was very fun too, they had a great dj one of the nights. I thought the bar was overpriced at night time. Our room had a gorgeous balcony over the Gran Via, and while the windows were very well sound proofed, there was still the noise of traffic and late night partiers coming through. But it was worth the small disturbances to have the lovely balcony and view of the city ;) |

Convenient location. Very helpful concierge staff. Excellent service and good food in restaurant. Useful 'extras' in bathroom. Very difficult to adjust the room temperature. |

Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. Location, while central, was at the quieter end of Via Grand and while room overlooked the street, the soundproofing was excellent. |

Excellent Location and ideal for walking to all the major sites. Hotel is boutique and very modern. A fun place to hang out in the bar or upstairs rooftop lounge. Don't pay the surplus for breakfast, go out somewhere. The price is not worth it. Service is bad (slow at best) and unattentive. Also, be sure to check your lighting in the bathroom While the pin lights are fun and "hip," they are not functional bathroom lights to see when shaving or putting on makeup. |

Personeel zeer vriendelijk en voorkomend, ligging hotel prima in centrum. Heb reeds vele nachten in dit hotel doorgebracht en vind de kwaliteit en de aankleding achteruit gaan. |

Alhoewel niet topdesign was de kamer ruim en aangenaam. Hotel ligt zeer centraal en je kunt bijna alles op loopafstand bereiken. Hotel was minder design dan de website doet geloven. Receptie ontzettend klein en stelt niks voor. Personeel groet niet of nauwelijks. Eten in restaurant was niet bijzonder en het personeel was niet vriendelijk. Lounge bar is wel gezellig. |

Emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, chambre très confortable, bar et restaurant très agréables, excellents cocktails (les meilleurs dans le registre hôtel) et bonne table. Design sobre – excellent service - Terrasse avec bar très sympa.. en profiter le soir… Attention si vous êtes sensibles au bruit de Gran Via.. Demandez une chambre sur l’arrière dans ce cas.. |
