One staff member was very helpful during a crisis.Rooms very clean. Good breakfast. One staff member was less than helpful. Failing to be of assistance to me when arriving after stolen wallet, no money, no food and no drink and "who cares?" attitude. Noises easily heard from next room and corridor. |

The hotel was OK, clean and comf for this level of price. Personel was also ok. The only thing is that our towels have not been replaced even once during our 3 day stay there. |

if you want a good clean basic hotel,just to use as a base with pleasent staff which is only two stop on the metro from the main plaza & los ramblios , lt ticks the boxes the laminate floors in hallway are very tinny, that may annoy some peopie . |

I like the location there wasn't any restaurant and the lady in the reception didn't know what she is doing, I wanted to cancell my last night reservation so I asked the lady in the reception if thats possible and she said that I only need to send her an e-mail to cofirm the cancellation, but when I come back in the evening to the hotel the guy in the reception said that I should have cancelled my booking with... |

The staff was great and the rooms were nice and clean. Good location. The air conditioning wasn't on yet and it was a little warm, but not too bad. |

10 min. walk to the city centre, tube station right behind the corner, good breakfast; quiet room; very good value for money, there was no soap in the bathroom for the basin use, only shower gel and shampoo in shower; no mirror in the room |

Location and surprisingly good service for the small price promised. I can only praise and recommend for everybody who like to be close to the centre and pay good price. Dark room with slim windows into small yard where could everybody from hall watch us in the bed. |

Proximity to Urgell metro station allowing ease of travel into city centre. Proximity of cafe and supermarket. Clean, well presented room. Modern and efficient en suite. A little noisy late evening as on crossroads and with bin collection. |
