Very friendly staff, they make you feel like king and queen when you stay there! 10min walk to metro that goes to the center of Barcelona. Not noisy to sleep, super hotel! |

I liked that it had a breakfast with fruits and typical local food. The room was large enough, and the bed was comfortable. I disliked the sweet indish smell in the entrance hall. |

Got this hotel last minute, took a little finding but when we got there it was brilliant, clean rooms, good beds, not on a busy street but close to the diagional and a perfect little restaurant right across. |

The hotel was comfortable and not in the main tourist area (ie La Ramblas, a good thing!) of the city although you could easily walk to the nou camp and metro stations to visit all areas of the city. The hotel was very clean and good value for money. The hotel walls are a little thin and you can hear everyones coming and goings. The hotel staff were polite and helped us change rooms on arrival as we were given a twin room rather than a double. The staff could have been more helpful as nothing was explained on arrival such where breakfast was eaten and about the facilities of the twin hotel the Grand Derby. |

Friendly, efficient staff, comforatble room and good breakfast. Also, very good location. Although I appreciate they have a coffee shop next door to the hotel, coffee/tea-making facilities would be a great benefit in the rooms. |

It is easy to get to the hotel, bus stations are not far away. Internet connection in my room, breakfast price - quality ok. Very noisy room |

Although the location of the hotel is quite central, it is approx half hour walk to La Rambla The bar was not open over the wk end which was very disappointing, this was not mentioned when booking, also the windows in the hotel room had shutters which were down permanently, this made the room very dark, there were no tea & coffee facilities at all |

The hotel provided excellent services such as Internet connection, information on day trips and access to a nearby swimming pool. Overall I found the hotel extremely clean and the staff very friendly. |

During august free parking in area. Cleaning lady was taking our card for electricity every day, too noisy, key was few times decoded by himself. Not sound proof room. Swiming pool not in the same hotel, you need to go across of the street. Staff not avare of some regular questions. |

The staff were all very friendly. It was a good location for what we wanted. The www description wasn't that acurate. We had no cd player, the room was very small for two. The www said that all the rooms were built to be sound proof - ours was most definatly not, which was disappointing as that was the reason for booking the Derby |
