Schöne Lage und schönes Ambientee, Parken kostenlos direkt am Haus, Frühstück zwar nicht 4-Sterne aber völlig ausreichend, Zimmer war angenehm warm dank funktionierender Klimaanlage Das Bad war akzeptabel wenn auch einfach, die Reinigung hätte nur sorgfältiger sein sollen (Wasserspritzer auf der Tür, da der Duschkopf sich wohl beim Duschen selbständig gemacht hat - 2x selbst passiert) |

The location is fantastic and going to Toledo was easy on the city bus. The hotel is really nice overall and the restaurant has good food and is affordable. Rooms were big and elegant. Beds were a bit hard and the pillows where way to hard and tall. I used my sweatshirt for a pillow and slept well that way. Seems like the pool is only open during the summer which was disappointing for us. |

The site of the hotel. The hotel is very noisy (due to the construction). In one week the hotel had two very noisy big groups till three/four o'clock in the morning. The food, we have had dinner only once, was bad. |

attended wedding - view over Toledo splendid. i would not recommend this hotel, the staff and service was atrocious, the staff ignorant unfriendly despite speaking in spanish. ordering a drink took up to 45mins and you didn't always get what you asked for. There was a medical emergency within the party and the staff refused to help in contacting a local doctor nor assist getting to hospital - very disappointing |

The magnificent panoramic view of Toledo, nice balcony. A very nice swimming pool in paradise, but it absolutely needs to be regularly kept clean from hundreds of dead bees floating on the pool ! surface. |

The view from our room was magnificent overlooking the city of Toledo. We liked the hotel and the staff was very accomodating. Parking was free on site. |

la vue imprenable sur Tolede, le calme, la piscine reserver une chambre avec vue sur la ville (tarif plus eleve), la chambre qui nous a ete donne au 3 etage n'avait qu'une petite lucarne sur la ville. le personnel nous a finalement installe au 2eme etage avec un balcon et une vrai vue sur la ville. |
