we got on great with all the staff we put ourselfs out to say thanks when they did anything for us this went a long way with them because most people take them for slaves we are all the same we all work for a liveing we had a great time thanks again of again 2 weeks sept cant wait bad for car parking they had room at side of hotel but do not use it but we were out most of the time so we wasnt put out by it rest of it were spot on bar were very close to kids pool and when it got wet round the pool very dangeris but that it all spot on |

The breakfast and evening meals were tasty and varied. The room was small but adequate. The value for price paid was excellent. The hotel location away from the saturated beach areas was a definite plus. |

Staff and facilities were excellent Allocated a very noisy room where rubbish bins were moved at approximately six oclock every morning and people leaving night club underneath sometimes noisy |

the only friendly staff that we met was a cleaning team member, most of the staff - including reception, restaurant, etc - were - to say nicely - not friendly... the hotel's rules given at the beginning of our stay looked prison-like... breakfast times were shorter that stated on the info board... |

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the pool area is nice and the heated pool is an advantage. There are a few restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a taxi stop near the hotel. The staff was not very helpful, some were outright rude. The hotel is close to a motorway, so in many rooms you will hear noice. The hotel is quite far from the beach, but the walk is nice, taxis are cheap and there is a free bus three times a day, so it is not such a huge disadvantage. |

Loved the room. Gorgeous view of the ocean, lovely balcony. The selection of food for breakfast and dinner was really good - I stuffed my face in the mornings and the evenings. It's a beautiful hotel, btw, walking into the reception area is great and the pool area is gorgeous. there was no kettle or tea or blow dryer in the room, which surprised me as it was such a nice hotel. My shower was not very powerful, so having a shower was a bit disappointing, and keeping the showerhead in place was a real balancing act as it kept moving up and down. I spoke to others in the hotel but they said they had a really powerful shower so it must have just been mine. |

la comida estaba bien aunque sin gran variedad las limpiadoras entran sin tocar y te dicen que salgas que tienen mucho trabajo, parece que bajan los precios para llenar el hotel, se les llena de canarios y no les hace mucha gracia... |

la atencion de la responsable del hotel fue excelente.lo recomiendo para familias no para solteros o divorciados. en cuanto a precio es inmejorable pero esta lejos de todo lo que supone alquilar un coche pues que el servicio de autobuses gratis para el regreso de la playa es muy temprano, el ultimo esta a 16h30. es mas un hotel para familias con niños.sencillo, todo se paga a parte...caja fuerte en el dormitorio... y en media pension: cuidado las bebidas no estan incluidas lo que supone pagar a cada vez que se va o tomar bebida durante la comida o cena y tener dinero suelto encima. los producto o platos propuestos son de lo mas sencillos. |

el hotel n es que sea algo como para recomendar,no hy nada de lo que haya dicho ohhhhhhh como me gusta esto.pasa el aprobado rapspadito. esta apartado de la playa,perdido en lo altodel cerro.la comida del buffet pues como todos los buffet,sin pena ni gloria,para quitarse el hambre y punto y ls horarios de comida pues deberian adpatarse un poco al pais en el que estamos,que es españa y no se suele cenar de 18.00 a 21.00. |

En general me ha gustado todo, el hotel ofrece lo máximo dentro de su categoría. El personal de recepción podría ser un poco más simpático. No me han tratado mal, todo lo contrario, pero una sonrisa no cuesta nada y hace mucho. |

La piscina Mala relación Calidad/Precio, demasiado caro para lo que es. Muy lejos de la playa (4 km). Las comidas escasísima variedad y los horarios muy ingleses, la comida acaba a las 15:00 y la cena a las 21:30. Las habitaciones antiquísimas y encima no pasan hacer la habitación todos los días, ni a cambiar las toallas. Las toallas tienen agujeros. |

Las piscinas, están bien cuidadas y límpias Lo que menos, es que la entrada al buffet para cenar era como máximo a las 21:00h. Me pareció muy pronto. Ese es un horario propio de extranjeros. Teniendo en cuenta que lo que más habia en el hotel eran Canarios y Españoles, deberían dejar como mínimo hasta las 22:00h. Aparte de esto la cama hacía ruido al moverse y sentarse. La tele se veía más mal, que bien. Por lo demás todo bien. |

el hotel esta genial¡¡¡. no tengo kejas, volveremos.... si, ke no se cogia el canal 4 y me perdi cuestion de sexo y deberian de limpiar la azotea ke estan llenas de caquita de palomas y caian a la terraza, pero por lo demas nos a gustado mucho a los dos. AH¡¡¡, porque no climatiazan un poco el hakusi?, esta muy fria..... saludos |
