I do not hav childrens but this hotel is great if you have a familily, lots of activities for kids thoughout the day. Lots of variety of food in the buffet, but low quality. |

Despite reading lots of quite recent bad reviews, I was pleasently surprised. The Hotel was spotlessly clean, as were the rooms, and not a cockroach in sight I am glad to say. The food for breakfast and evening meal was good with a great selection of dishes but as mentioned in some reviews was not very hot. The only thing I found was the Reception staff were very unhelpful and quite rude and dismissive. |

It is almost impossible to communicate with the staff, be it waiters, pool/bar poeple or cleaning staff - they speak nothing but Spanish. |

The location was within walking distance to the dunes. The singers on 14 February were good. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were very stressed. The food was poor, at best. There was no hot water in the room for two days, a cockroach in the closet, the sofa bed foam mattress was totally inadequate - falling apart. A fly was found in the salad on one night. There was filming of a german television programme by the pool and bar area - very disruptive. |

A nice, quiet hotel with many pool areas and friendly staff. Nice rooms, a good variety of foods in the breakfast & dinner. All in all a very pleasant stay! |

Hotell staff in restaurant very friendly and profesional. Animators are great, specially Ivana, Adam, Kristinaand Chorche. Resort inside is nice and well serviced. Reservation of desk before dinner. |

La tranquilidad de la ubicación de la habitación que nos han otorgado. El excesivo jaleo en el comedor, demasiada gente para su tamaño y poco personal para tenerlo bien atendido.tambien en recepción me parecío poco personal, no se corresponde con otros 4 estrellas que frecuento. |

la tranquilidad del hotel a pesar de ser un hotel con muchas familias con niños, la limpieza y el trato agradable del personal lo que considero mejorable es la calidad del buffet ya que he estado en otros hoteles de la misma cadena de 3 estrellas y prácticamente es igual. Esperaba mas variedad y calidad |

la zona de playa, para pasear, el clima Aunque el hotel esta muy cuidado, recomendaria poner mayor atencion a las cucarachas me salieron en la habitacion y fue muy desagradable verla en la ropa colgada del armario,estaba muy a gusto hasta ese momento,se que por la estructura del hotel eso seria normal ,por ello recomiendo algun tipo de desinfectante mas agresivo en el interior de las habitaciones. |

La habitación era muy confortable y con salón independiente Poco personal en los servicios de cena y desayuno. Precios extras, bar piscina, etc. muy caros y no de acuerdo con la realidad actual y calidad de los mismos (grifo,,) |

Sin duda lo que mas me gustó fue el detalle que tuvieron como hotel de 4 estrellas. Teníamos que dejar la habitación como siempre a las 12 pero nuestro avión partía a las 8 de la tarde. Como muchos hoteles, te permiten dejar las maletas en una sala pero el Dunas también te deja una habitación de cortesía para poder ducharte y asearte a la vuelta de tu día en la playa. Sin duda un gran detalle. |

Pues me gusto todo, la verdad que estaba ideal Pues en la habitacion al tener tanta cortinas y alfombras y ser alergica me pegué todos los dias estornudando y poca limpieza encontre en los forros de los sillones que estaban manchado |

cortesia e disponibilità di tutto lo staff (reception, camerieri, animatori, anche operai e giardinieri), cucina di ottima qualità e molto variegata, pulizia camere quotidiana eseguita con cura, aniimazione curata sia per adulti sia per bambini, grande attenzione verso le mie esigenze personale in quanto persona affetta da disabilità motorie. |
