Javier was an excellent member of staff.The rest need to smile more. Some of the staff.Food in the evening could have been a it better. |

Hotel is located in very quite position, rooms are big, excellent food, people of the hotel are very kind and helpfull. Spa perfect. We recommand this hotel for those who want to relax far from noice and confusion. (but still near the center) We will come back everything is perfect. |

the space round the pool, nice and quiet, the spa, comfortable rooms, staff helpful especially the maintenance man who was also the masseur - a credit to your company. the housemaids always busy and quiet. Excellent. It seemed strange that the sheets were not changed at all during the week. Good for the environment but perhaps they could have been changed once. |

We loved the tranquility and the spa pool and steam bath. Also the staff are most helpful and friendly. The breakfast bar is a feast! Nothing. It's a small hotel which is what we were looking for. As we live here on the island, for us it's a mini-vacation which we started last year. |

The Spa The swimming pool: they say they have 2 but it's actually one, small, divide into two parts. And the water is really too cold! All the rest: not but but certainly not the best. Anyway, I paid half price, so it was good value for money for me, at least compared with other hotels in Gran Canaria. I wouldn't recommend it at full price. |

I had a wonderful time in using the facilities in the hotel for example the spa!!!! The crew was excellent. It was terrible in not being able to extend my stay, because of the hotel reservation department and/or booking.com ( Very Disappointment ).. The location of the hotel was great for me. But, The worst problemn wasn extending my stay. The receptionist/reservation could not help me at all. I was totally devastated about the situation. I am a good customer, meaning I order room services, spa treatments etc..really spend money at the hotel. I wanted to stay from April 19 - May 14, 2008. big problem!!! |

la tranquilidad del hotel y de alrededores , y las vistas desde algunas habitaciones y de la terraaza. desayuno correcto . cierta austeridad de las habitaciones en decoracion, servicios de la habitacion , TV , mobiliario de escasa calidad no corresponde a un hotel de 4-5 estrellas |

Desde el mismo momento que entramos en la espaciosa suit, respiramos olor a limpio , tranquilidad y silencio, tan solo interrumpido por los trinos de los pajarillos. La flora que rodea el complejo da un ambiente de calidez y fragancias aromáticas, la vista de las dunas de Maspalomas y el campo de golf, sensacionales.Los tratamientos y masajes del spa muy buenos. La comida no está al mismo nivel que el resto del establecimiento.El desayuno, aunque mejorable, está mejor que la cena. Los vinos de la carta muy caros y corrientes.No se porqué ése empeño de asaltar a los clientes a la hora de cobrar los vinos. |

Hotel idealement situé proche du centre et des lieux animés (jumbo) à pied mais tres au calme chambre et hotel tres agréable petit dejeuner buffet tres correct piscine et solarium tres agreable au calme avec belle vue sur les dunes (accesibles à pied ) Personnel tres peu nombreux (mais tres gentil) et service quasi inexistant aucun service bagage nous avons visité tout l'hotel avec nos bagages à la main sur indications du receptionniste.... |

zeer mooi hotel, mooi en verwarmd zwembad (28°C), prachtig zicht, grote kamers (2 plaatsen: slaapkamer en living), hele mooie en verzorgde spa, gratis voor klanten. Alleen avond eten viel een beetje tegen |

Schon zum 4.mal in diesen Hotel gewesen. Lage ist toll Leider entspricht die Ausstattung der Junior-Suiten max einem 3-Sterne Standard. Alles sehr abgenutzt und teilweise schmutzig. Habe das im letzten Jahr auch schon vor Ort moniert. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr aufsuchen, bis das Mobiliar ausgetauscht ist. Schade. |
