the hotel is difficult to find; there are no signs in the whole town!!!; most of guests are all-inclusive so they don't have room service - and this is a 4* hotel???; we had to pay our room at arrival and if you want to drink smth there you have to pay immediately - they even cannot note it down on the room bill - service is absolutely low!!!! - this hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars at all |

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The food was luke-warm and served on cold plates. The alcohol served on the all-inclusive basis was undrinkable. Would not choose all-inclusive again. |

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba demasiado bien. Para un hotel de 4 estrellas es extraño que el minibar estuviera vacío y que en el baño solamente hubiera jabón y champú (ni peine, ni accesorios para el afeitado etc). Ascensores escasos. |

Habitacion amplia, el personal muy atento y agradable el restaurante bueno y variado. Estado de conservacion del edificio, puertas con golpes, paredes con manchas, sofas muy desgastados, no solo hay que construirlo sino tambien mantenerlo es la relacion calidad/precio la que no me convence |

La verdad es que me ha gustado todo. El buffet es muy bueno: calidad y variedad. Las habitaciones muy modernas y limpias. La ubicación está muy bien, muy cerca de la playa de Levante. Y las instalaciones... increibles. Tiene spa, piscinas interiores y exteriores... y tratamientos tipo chocolaterapia.Uno de los mejores hoteles de Benidorm, sin duda. Me ha gustado todo. Cuando vuelva a Benidorm volveré a alojarme en el Dynastic ( si encuentro otro ofertón como el que me ofreció Booking, claro) |

Que no nos gustó la habitación y nos la cambiaron sin nigún problema Que no te dan toallas para el Spa, que los refrescos no son de botella o lata y que los cafés son de máquina y te destrozan la tripa, deberían tener todos los cafés espress y sin cobrar un suplemento. |

Zeer aangenaam hotel, prachtige tuin/restaurant, gratis parkeergarage, op slechts enkele autominuten van vliegveld en tentoonstelling. Goede uitgangsbasis voor onze volgende vacantie naar meerdere kustplaatsen. Geen last van geluiden, goed geisoleerd en prachtige stoffering en desgn. |
