zentrale Lage, schöne, geräumige Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, erhalt alter Bausubstanz (Treppe), Nähe zum Ausgehviertel Huertas die Fenster könnten besser isoliert sein, da die Einkaufsstraße rund um die Uhr belebt ist. |

Sehr gutes Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis, trotzdem ausreichend Komfort (Minibar zu vernünftigen Preisen, Klimaanlage, Zimmersafe, freundliche 24 h Rezeption), sehr gut geeignet für Städteurlauber, die eine saubere, zentrale Unterkunft zum Übernachten suchen, ideale Lage um Madrid zu Fuss zu erkunden keine doppeltverglasten Fenster, kleine Zimmer, daher nichts für Reisende mit leichtem Schlaf, ist aber normal bei einer Madrider Pension in der Innenstadt und mit Ohropax leicht zu beheben |

The staff was amazing! Easy access to Madrid. Rather large room, especially the bathroom for a European hotel. Free wi-fi from the 1st floor lounge area. Very cute and very clean room. The staff spoke English and was very acommodating. Great value for the price! |

Cordial staff, excellent location, good value for the mooney, free wi fi, decent cold breakfast, numerous eating possibilities nearby. Small shower,but typical for europe value hotels, thin walls but all guests respectful, and kept things quiet. |

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the buffet breakfast was excellent for €5. I would definitely go back and stay there again. It was very noisy outside at night, as they seemed to be doing a lot of work to the plaza, but with earplugs, this wasn't a problem. |

Grate location : just near the Sole square, near historical area, in front of KFC and other fast foods- helpful stuff- grate for budget travel- safe area- clean rooms breakfast,small room for single,lack of access to computer |

lovely clean room, just 1 minute walk from the central Sol metro stop. air con, cheap mini bar, all good. "double room" featured 2 single beds that weren't even stuck together. only downside to a great trip. |

Location was central to everything. Staff was accommodating (brought us extra pillows when we needed them, were easy about us staying an additional night, etc) air conditioning turned off at night and the room got really hot. It was between a tatoo parlor and a casino game room and right around the corner from the red light district (which was totally fine, just would have been good to know ahead of time!) |

Great location, steps off the Puerta Del Sol, reception spoke english well, held our luggage until our room was ready, and after we left before we had to catch our plane. spacious room,s, everything worked and everything was clean. the staff and the hotel were everything we could ask for. our only issue, our shower (a massage shower by the way) wouldnt drain well. we told the reception, and someone had come in to fix it within the hour. however it wasn't completely fixed. |

The location was excellent for it was near the museums. It was within walking distance of museums and shopping and near transportation to other areas. The hotel staff was wonderful in giving us directions. All kinds of places nearby to eat at reasonable prices. We got what we paid for. |

The location was central and the staff was helpful. It is a central location but can be noisy at night. The beds weren't very comfortable but I found that in each hotel we stayed in during our trip in Spain. |

Well affordable prices for breakfast. Excellent location, 200 m from Metro station. Front desk people were smoking a lot. Corridors where smelling of smook. The direct surrounding of the hotel was somewhat unpleasant. with at the right a tatoo shop and and at the left a casino. We , as eldery people, do not like at all this sort of behaviour of the younger people, and doubt if we should advice this hotel to pople of our age. |

Being very central to all attractions. Excellent, helpful,friendly, english speaking receptionist. The room was very clean with good bathroom facilties. The staff were very prompt to respond to request for extra pillows. Good idea to have reasonably priced drinks in the minibar. we were in a quiet and spacious back room (ie no street noise) but the water pump system and the lift noise kept my husband awake. Earplugs may be a good idea. |
