The rooms were cleaned and the towels changed every day. A very nice pool. Good breakfast, sufficient one, with the opportunity to choose. The hotel is located at the very quiet end of El Arenal, what makes ~ 7 minutes walk to the beach. The only inconvenience was to find it in the very beginning, if going by bus from the airport. One should go till the very end of the main street, then turn left leaving boat station on the right-hand side, and then at the first crossroads - to the right down on the small street. |

The room was a very good size, very clean and the bed was extra big and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner could have been more international (not just British) and more fresh. |

dejligt værelse, god rengøring, tæt på strand og centrum men ikke særlig støjende på trods af tæthed på centrum Morgenmaden var meget ringe, hvilket var det mest negative ved hele opholdet - hvis det havde været bedre, havde det været tæt på at være perfekt |

El personal es muy atento y cercano. Te ayudan rápidamente en todo lo posible. La zona es tranquila, y por la noche no hay ningún jaleo alrededor. Las habitaciones están muy limpias, y están verdaderamente bien. Es un hotel cuidado Las habitaciones no son insonorizadas, por lo que se escucha perfectamente la habitación de al lado. Es muy fácil saltar de una habitación a otra por medio del balcón, que además están separados por cristales, por lo que no hay intimidad en el mismo |

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Empfang, Mitarbeiterin an der Reception hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. Das Hotel ist ertwas in die Jahre gekommen, wurde nie renoviert und ist ein wenig heruntergekommen. Zudem funktionierte die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht richtig. Das Frühstück war ein Witz! |

La verdad ha sido una estancia muy agradable. El hotel está situado en un lugar estratégico en cuanto a la comunicación por carretera. Perfecto para aparcar el coche, ya que justo detrás del hotel hay 3 zonas públicas de aparcamiento. Lo mejor y a destacar ha sido el trato del personal del hotel: un 10. No solo han sido agradables sino que nos han atendido muy cordial y familiarmente. |

kamer wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. ontbijd is prima rumoerig;niet alleen s'nachts maar ook s'morgensvroeg door interieurverzorgsters. |

Super Lage, nicht weit vom Geschehen" entfernt Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat keinerlei Infos über das Zimmer verloren, mussten uns selber zurecht finden. Genauso wg. dem Frühstück und Abendessen. |

Sauber und allgemein gepfleg. Sehr Freundliche Hotel-Mitarbeiter Bad etwas zu klein. Warmes-Wasser zum Duschen etc. dauert zu lange. Toilettenbürsten sind Fehlanzeige. |
