Yes, first of all the lock in the bath was broken, I spent 1 hour locked in the bath... Then I have paid for ac but it newver work... Food is disgusting!!! The worst food I ever had, I tried only once but then I had to dine somwere else, it will be a good idea to provide the hotel witout food, this will be cheapper and coneniente. |

Schnell und problemlos einquecken, Zimmer mit Dusche sehr gut, Essen wirklich sehr gut, Lage toll ( mitten im Ballermann ) und trotzdem ruhig, keien Probleme mit Parkflächen mit dem Leihauto |

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ausgesprochen gut. Die relativ zentrale Lage des Hotels. Die absolute Parkplatznot in der näheren Umgebung des Hotels. Wege von 300-400 Meter zum Pkw keine Seltenheit. |

Preis Leistungsverhältnis war super. Zimmer bestens, 3 Bett Zimmer für 2 Personen. Essen war gut. Benutzte Handtücher wurden einfach zusammen gefaltet und als sauber, neue Handtücher hingelegt. Das Hotel war in Nähe Hafen, ca. 40 Minuten bis Ballermann 6. |

Lage, Preis Leistungs Verhältnis gut, Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Bad schön groß! Das Essen war richtig schlecht und der Pool ist nicht zu empfehlen. |

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Balenario 1 und relativ Strandnah.Mann kann es sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichen.Busse fahren alle halbe Stunde vom /zum Flughafen.Das Essen ist einfach aber gut.Das Personal ist recht freundlich.Handtücher wurden täglich!!! getauscht. Ab und zu war das Essen nur noch lauwarm. |

Nette Mitarbeiter, saubere Zimmer, hübscher Balkon, Lage gut für diejenigen, die auch mal etwas abseits vom großen Ballermann 6-Trubel sein wollen, Partyzentrum trotzdem gut zu erreichen (10 - 15 min Fußweg) , supernah am Strand Pool sehr klein, Essen war nicht so doll, sehr wenig Auswahl, fast nur Beilagen, dafür allerdings Unmengen an Nachtisch... |

Posizione perfetta a due passi dal mare, la sera si potevano raggiungere a piedi senza problemi tutte le discoteche e i locali di El Arenal-Playa de Palma, la pulizia delle stanze avveniva ogni giorno. Il cibo non era granchè ma alla fine era tutto mangiabile sopratutto carni e dolci. L'aria condizionata nelle aree pubbliche dell'hotel era veramente eccessiva, bisognava cenare in felpa per il freddo. |

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber, super! Zimmertüren waren sehr laut (falsche Einstellung), leider haben wir nur am ersten Abend im Restaurant etwas zu trinken bekommen an den folgenden Abenden wurden wir nicht gefragt ob wir etwas zu trinken möchten obwohl das Personal oft am Tisch vorbeigelaufen ist und gesehen hat, dass wir nichts haben!! |

Lo cerca que esta de la playa( con sobra de las palmeras), las paellas del Bar Juan( que está en la misma calle). La habitación que estube tenía muy buena vista La poca variedad en las cenas y el ruido de la gente que estaba en la calle. |

De airco, ruime badkamer en dat het dichtbij het strand was. Het eten van het warmbuffet wordt vaak lauw opgediend. Als het er even staat is het koud! En jammer is het uitzicht als je de binnenkamers hebt, want dan kijk je tegen een ventilatie-schacht aan. Een optie zou fijner zijn als je tegen een meerprijs kunt boeken met balkon. |
