It is at the heart of the city's tourist attractions. It is very close to the metro station of Sol. The room looked nice. It had everything you may need. The breakfast is served at a cafe close to the hostal. It was not a high season so I was not disturbed from the noises at night. |

The position! super! in the core of Madrid, close to major cafè and attraction...The breakfast large and varied. Some rooms are very small, and paper wall... The staff of the hotel is shared with other residences, and sometime there's nobody at the desk. In the toilet the air conditioning didn't work. |

Good location, half-way between Sol and Santa Ana, close to lots of bars, restaurants, shops, and handy for the metro. Room was clean, comfortable and located in a quiet part of the hotel. Receptionist didn't speak much English, but friendly and helpful. Room looked out onto small central walled area which excluded light and meant there was no view from the window. A word of warning - please watch your pockets and bags in the local area, professional pick-pockets operate there (we know this from our own unfortunate experience). |

The location is good, very near the center, Sol. The staff can barely speak any English. It is really difficult to communicate with them. |

The location was excellent on a small alley near metro Sol and Sevilla. Restaurants, shopping and clubbing from a walking distance. The walls let through the smallest noise from in- and outside the hotel. If you are a light sleeper or plan a romantic getaway, find another hotel. If you aim to party all night long this is the place to stay. |

The room was very clean...it was in a great location near the metro and lots of restaurants and shopping. Prior guests were correct about the noise...but I knew that. Next time I will bring earplugs...but the location was worth it. |

Very central for sight seeing, the underground railway, shopping and restaurants. Was very clean and well maintained Room a little bit cramped, but manageable. A tea making facility would be a great improvement, but space may preclude putting it somewhere! Whilst the Receptionists were most polite and co-operative, it is certainly a handicap that they cannot speak English - though we had fun communicating and managed to get through one way or another. |

The location was very good. It is very near the Metro which made it so much easier for a budget traveller. Also it is in the city center, very accessible to shops, restaurants, etc. A lift was usable during the entire stay. Quite a new hotel, hope they can maintain the cleanliness and interior of the rooms. A continental breakfast is available. I just wish that the one and only staff that we saw could speak a little English at least. |

The location is amazing, and the furniture and general look of the room is modern Like most people said, the rooms are the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. But again, we didn't spend much time on the hotel :) |

The girl working in the reception was very nice and serviceminded. The room was very nice, no disturbing traffic in our room. The very strong smelling perfume in each room and bathroom. I had to have my window opened all night in order to get rid of it. My co travellers had a room towards the street which was very noisy during night. |

Conveniently located in a relatively quiet street. Everything in central Madrid was only a max of 15 minutes walking distance and a lot was much closer. A lot of really nice bars within 100m. Use the Metro to Sol from the airport and then only about 5 mins walk. Lot cheaper than a taxi @ less than 3 euros per person against 35 to 40 for a taxi. |
