design of the hotel / new hotel / efficiency of staff this is my second stay at this hotel, my first time was one year ago. The only issue I have is the shower curtain which was somehow dirty and smelly and "destroyed" the first apparence of cleanness of this modern hotel (this sounds like a detail but makes a difference...). Nothing else to complain about. |

Wonderful rooms - very contemporary - comfortable beds. Very good value. There were limited possibilities for eating. Dining room was closed so we ate in the bar area. |

Shuttle bus between hotel and airport, staff Food @ snackbar (restaurant was closed) was abominable: disgusting&expensive. Wifi too expensive. |

A warm bedroom and cheerful room service Lack of large directional signing (unlike the Renaissance) situated with difficult access as well as difficult departure onto motorway system. Freezing entrance lobby with an antrium better suited to the Arctic. Dining room closed for evening dining - the snack bar located in the Arctic region. Bad finishes in the bathroom , can`t imagine what it will look like a few years down the line. Inadequate reading lights. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. No WiFi connection. Shame all this wrong in a new hotel. And someone should inform bcn information that the shuttle bus for the hotel does not leave from the old terminal - after an abortive 45 minute I was obliged to take the 20€ taxi ride that lasted 5 minutes!! |

Lovely Hotel, very clean, good size rooms. Ordered Breakfast from reception night we checked in but they did'nt update it on our account, embarressing next morning when we arrived down and were told we had'nt booked it. |

Rested while waiting for our flight. The Hotel served a purpose however it would never be a vacation destination. It served our purpose perfectly. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay to make airline connections. |

The hotel was close to the airport for early and late arrivals/departures. The staff was nice and efficient. The hotel was quite modern and clean. Good value for price. The area outside is at the moment a construction area. Not nice. |

Very close to the airport. Functional and clean. The courtesy bust did not go to terminal 2 which is closer to the hotel than terminal 1. |

We were staying 1 night waiting for our flight back to Australia. It was therefore very close to the airport. We appreciated the shuttle bus both to and from the airport; and it was incredibly easy to access. The room was perfect for our needs. We arrived at 10.00pm and were still able to have the snack we needed in the huge 4 storey lobby. |

The room was very quiet and well equipped. More attention to marks on walls and bathroom door would raise cleanliness. Dissapointed the Restaurant was closed but cafe meal was good.Cleanliness also let down by marks on walls . |
