The house was constructed in 1790 and refurbished in 1999 and is a prime example of a traditional Baroque house.
In a radius of 15 -25 km you will find cities like Jerez (famous for its horses and sherry), Sanlucar de Barrameda (famous for its king prawns and camomile), Chipiona, Rota, Cádiz (famous for its carnivals).
60 km away you can discover the White Towns trail (Arcos, El Bosque, Grazalema etc).
Reception hours: Monday-Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday from 8:30 to 21:30. Wednesday and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00.
From 23:00, there is a security guard that can provide assistance with any queries.
If you require check-in out of reception hours please contact the establishment prior to arrival as you will need to go the the Hotel Los Cantaros (300 meters from the Aparthotel).

very good location, but difficult to get to! The building is lovely! It is good value for money! When we walked into the room there were bad smells! - but after airing the place it got better. |

The hotel is very central and the rooms are really mini-apartments. All bedrooms face the patios and you can hear people speaking and walking all the time. Very hard to find street parking near the hotel. |

Fantastic building, spacious and comfortable rooms, great location in the centre of town. Make sure you check out the roof terrace! Park down by the river and walk in, traffic and tiny roads are too scary. |

Liked the location and the bulding itself. Very nice decorated, renovated building in the heart of the city. Recommend for city visiting to saty here No parking facility. how ever there is a parking garage nerby but quite expensive. Also dislike that the building was quite noise due to internal window connections to the coridor. |

it is in the center of the Puerto of Santa Maria, so it is very easy find all that you need (shops, restaurant etc.), the staff is young and friendly (and pretty too) the baech is too far |

The location is perfect. Close to the market (fresh fish) and the seafood restaurants. A great place to hang out with friends or family. A laid-back hotel. Had to pay for the garage (10 Euros) a day. Very difficult to park. The kitchen could be better equipped but, we were given the things we asked for. |

The central location was excelent, close to the shops, resturants and handy for the ferry port if you wanted to go to Cadiz for the day. The staff were very helpfull and nothing seemed to much bother for them. |

It was a really nice historical building in a quiet part of the town, just far enough away from the main streets. It was very clean and offered plenty of equipment if you wanted to stay for more than a weekend (hob, m/wave w/machine etc) The apartment also has air conditioning which was great for our weekend when temperatures were 30+ degrees The underground dustbins are right outside the main entrance so you do get some noise when the refuse cart comes to empty them. I didn't hear them but my parents did. |

Lovely apartment style hotel room with a great open-air rooftop solarium. Nice historic building and friendly staff. Hotel was a little hard to find due to the nature of the city streets. Once their there was no-one to check us in and we had to call to get our room. |

Interesting building right in the heart of the city making it very easy to move around. Staff was pleasant and the rooftop was a very nice place to enjoy the sunset. We were there during Semana Santa so it was fairly priced for that time of the year. Parking was difficult to find. Eventually we just left the car down by the river where it was "free" public parking. I say "free" because we were still charged a euro, but whatever. Don't bother going to the closest beach, it's not very pretty but the beaches a little further away are much more pleasant. |

A nice surprise. Plenty of room with the kitchen/living room feature. Quiet, slept very well. As an english person, difficult to find. No access to door with car. Long walk from paid parking - should be no charge. |

la situacion es buena ,tienen una cafeteria (creo que pertenece al hotel ) con una cocina excelente y a buen precio .Comida casera y tapas . El Edificio merece la pena verlo pero cuando entras en las habitaciones son triste y sombrias ,te llevas una decepcion el edificio crea otras expectativas , las habitaciones tristes .la limpieza regular . |
