The building is nice, an old monastery. The public spaces were nice. When I complained about not having air conditioning and the street being too noisy to leave the window open, I was moved to a better, inside room. I thought the hotel was closer to Cadiz. It was 20-30 minutes away from the places we wanted to visit. There was nothing to do or see in the town the hotel was located in. There was no air conditioning and it was warm outside. The parking was not included and the website does not indicate this. |

Big rooms with sitting room and very large bathrooms. Beautiful pool, courtyard and excellent breakfast. Both our rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke (I had to sleep with the windows open all night to breathe) and when we complained we were told that 'all the hotel rooms are nonsmoking.' Better to have designated nonsmoking rooms with signs on the outside as did other 4 star hotels we stayed at. Room decor worn-out and tired looking. |

We got a great rate for the room - we paid a cheap price for a double but we were upgraded to a suite! Lots of features of the monastery still kept. Room was spotlessly clean, but furniture/bed a bit tired. Buffet breakfast was v.good, lots of choice. Friendly staff. Hotel shuttle service to the beach in the summer. Only 5 mins walk to the train station. Wi fi wasn't cheap. All the channels on the TV were in Spanish ( including the movie channel) |

The beauty of the building itself and the great care in preservation and decoration. The air conditioning had a bad smell. |

an interesting hotel build in a monastery with many details, but this can be freaky as well, the breakfast was very good the room is too small; more elevators, takes ages to get to the room; no room service; location is not good |

Helpful staff, great breakfast, clean, comfortable room. Martha left a wool sweater in the room and contacted the hotel about it but did not hear from them. |

It is an historic building ( monasterio) very well reshaped with high spirit. The room with balcony on the interior garden is very nice. The restaurant ( cafeteria) is fine and not too expensive. we enjoyed very much our stay there, a nice surprise. |

The hotel was a former monastery and this gave it great charm and atmosphere. The cloister had been converted into a seating area and the church a conference room. Restaurant was expensive, but there was a cafeteria offering good value meals. Overall very clean and a joy to stay in. Charge for parking your car was extortionate: 13 euros per day. However the surrounding area was quite difficult to park in. |

Everything. The hotel is splendid, the buffet breakfast plentiful and varied. We did not try the main restaurant but the cafeteria/bar was very good value. Yes, we booked three rooms and two of them were subjected to a the constant humming (more noticeable at night) of the hotel's aircon unit. This was apparent in the corridors too. Incidentally we had turned it off in our bedroom but that did not help. Otherwise it was perfect. |

Wonderful old building restored to a high standard. Discount price plus upgrade to a suite, very happy! Being an old monestery some of the rooms only have small windows high in the wall which would not be good for everyone. |

We were very pleased with the situation of the hotel. We only spent one night in the hotel and most of the day we toured. We did not use any of the facilities in the hotel. However, the staff were very nice, although their lack of fluent English made it a bit difficult to communicate to them all. On the whole it was excellent. |

In the buzzing city centre of El Puerto de Santa María lies “Los Cantaros”, a hotel combining the best in tradition and modern facilities. |
With its typical Andalusian architecture , Hotel Los Jandalos Vistahermosa combines tradition and comfort. Offers 18 deluxe rooms , larger than 40 square meters fully equipped. |
Originally an old Jerez winery, now converted into a charming hotel; what really stands out about this hotel is its superb restaurant and charming traditional Andalusian central courtyard patio. |
Located in the very heart of the thousand-year-old city of Cadiz and a few minutes away from the Santa Maria del Mar beach and Conference Centre. |
