Surrounding area was outstandingly beautiful The total lack of any "infrastructure/facilities" wuthin walking distance of Hotel. Courtesy shuttle service (provided) to/from Valencia was therefore essential |

An enjoyable stay at clearly a very busy time of year for the staff. The inability of not being able to buy a sandwich before 1600 hours. |

Close to the beach. Good location near the Albufera. Family friendly. Great staff. Rooms did not compare favorably with other 5 star hotel rooms. Prices are too high for the value provided. I would visit again if the prices were lower... if not, I'll likely stay at another location in the future where I get more for my money. |

Swimming-pools, tenis courts and direct acces to the beach. Rooms with terrace and view to the beach. Free swimming pool towel service. Free bus to the city Bars and restaurant too expensive and with no alternative menu for children. We needed to go outside for lunch and dinner. |

Nice pool and very good breakfast. Good transport into Valencia. Hotel room was tired. One day we had ants on the floor. Toilet smelt of sewage. One day the sheets smelt damp. Unhelpful response from the manager to these complaints. |

Excellent location - very close to the beach, comfortable rooms with great seaview, the beach is also clean and comfortable, notwithstanding the fact that it is not for hotel guests only. Good breakfast. The hotel is located very far from any catering facilities - there are no bars, restaurants etc within walking distance. If you have a car, it's not a problem at all, you may go to Valencia - about 10 min. by car or to El Saler (3-5 minutes). A shuttle bus to Valencia is also available, but going by car is more convenient - you are not limited in time. |

Had a view of the sea. Quiet. Comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet. It is an "al la carte" hotel.... you have to pay for everything extra. |

Beautiful hotel, off the main road but on the Med. Close enough to visit Valencia yet remote enough to stayy there all day and not venture into town. Fabulous natural beach on the Med. Loved the little town of El Saler with the open air restaurants. Somewhat hard to find because Booking.com address not GPS friendly. Traffic and beach got really crowded on Sunday. |

Proximity to the beach, excellent full rbeakfast buffet, free shuttle service into downtown Valencia. Lack of air conditioning outside guest rooms made interior hallways stifling. |

the swimming pool very pleasant setting breakfast excellent nice outside area . bus service offered by hotel fair did not run enough no facilities eg bar round pool not open no bars or shops near hotel snacks available very limited and very expensive compared to other good hotels in spain barcelona etc. if you did not go on the shuttle bus at lunch time you had to walk down the beach to get a sandwich and drink at a reasonable price. |
