Good position good size room, nice view from balconyfriendly staff Bescaus there were no carpets in rooms we could hear very loud people above us moving aroun. Doors always slammed very loud, this was not the fault of the guests, it was impossible to close the doors quietly |

The hotel was well situtated being near the beach with a small shopping centre next door. Ideal for a family holiday. Not suitable for anyone who is looking for a variety of things to do in the evening. The dining room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. |

Chambre vaste.. Confortable....environnement.... Piscine..proximite immediate de l aeroport... Acceuil.... Probleme d info au sein de l hotel quand au fait d avoir opte pour la demi pension.... Rate au niveau du reveil....hotel froid...bruit et beaucoup trop de proximite des tables au restau...l hotel ne donne pas sur la plage de sable fin.... Les photos de plage dans les catalogues sont celles du carlotta a cote.... |

Lage in der Nähe zum Flughafen. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus vorhanden. Freundliches Personal. Das Essen im zu lauten Speisesaal ist die 15 Euro p.P. nicht wert. Einheitskost ohne Geschmack und Inspirationen. Kompliziertes/altmodisches Abrechnungsverfahren mit Beleg und Unterschrift etc. (vielleicht in AI-Hotels aufgrund Gästestruktur nicht anders möglich?). |

Hay que caminar mucho hasta las habitaciones. La ducha no tiene una buena potencia de caudal de agua, el forro de las almohadas no cubre la totalidad de la misma.Pedí habitación con camas separadas y nos dieron una cama grande pero no separadas. yo viajaba con un amigo no con mi pareja y eso es algo que no se termina de entender en muchos hoteles, si se pide cama separada es por algo. |

verzorging ontbijd was niet goed. vaak meerdere dingen op zoals becon, capocino. jusdorange etc. wat voor een 4 sterren hotel niet mag. ook zeer storend is elke morgen dezelfde muziek, tevens heb ik twee aanvaringen in het hotel gehad 1x bon met drank welke op mijn kamer werd geboekt 1x hotel niet betaald zou hebben welke ik bij binnenkomst direkt met credit kaart betaald heb. geen excusses gehad |
