Die Ungewöhnblichkeit des Hotels - Bungalows, inmitten eines Palmenhains.

The way the rooms were divided into blocks of four in a lush tropical gardens was most attractive as are the many palms in the grounds. The inside of the room did not live up to the promise of the exterior.

Soundproofing of the room - there was a child for one night in the next room and our sleep was disturbed by the noise made by the child. The lighting was such that it was impossible to see into the clothes cupboard and the bed was so near the cupboard that it was impossible to open the drawers. I thought that the price should have included breakfast. The restaurant was so overpriced that it was not tried.

roof leaked in appartment during rain storms. an erotic movie was being filmed at hotel, which meant we could not use facilities, we were told to keep quiet!!!!! no one said sorry.

the luxury, the rooms were exelent as was the pool and the restaurant, free IT connection

they had many prices, and we had to talk a little to get the right price

Central location, peace and quiet (stayed 15th July 2009), beautiful gardens, desserts were fantastic, swimming pool very good (though a little small for size of hotel) reception staff very helpful and pleasant, bar service good (though a little slow at times); breakfast very varied and very good though a little overpriced. Some beautiful decorations.Overall this was a very good hotel that we were delighted to find.

Bar service too slow at times during the day - nighttime was fine; not clear around pool how to order a drink - had to get dressed and go into bar. Breakfast definitely overpriced even though very good quality.

The restaurant was excellent - the food and comfort

el tipo de hote, el entorno i el restaurante (que no es barato pero justifica su precio con la calidad de la comida y el trato del personal.)

El acceso, podria estar mejor señalizado

En general las habitaciones están bastante bien, pero teniendo en cuenta su ubicación en el jardin, habria que enfatizar en el capitulo de limpieza y mantenimiento exterior y del entorno.No sé cómo estará en invierno, con frio y lluvia. Quizá tenga un atractivo distinto.

Lo que no es excelente, es aceptable.

Lo curioso es que las habitaciones estan dentro de todo un jardin dentro de la ciudad pero con una gran tranquilidad como si estuvieras en una isla

El sistema de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, si lo dejas conectado es muy ruidoso

me encanto todo su entorno , es como si estuvieses en otro lugar . Fantastico
