Dach-Terasse mit toller Atmosphaere u. Ausblick. Room Service: Auswahl nicht besonders grosz, aber sehr lecker! Zufahrt nahezu unmoeglich (auch ein Navi hilft da nicht) - einfach irgendwo parken, das Personal parkt f. einen den Wagen (a 25,- EUR). Englischkentnisse des Personals koennten besser sein. |

Lage ist Spitze. Interessantes Design. Zimmer mit Balkon, Jacuzzi und Kathedralenblick sind absolutes Highlight. Normale Zimmer unterschiedlich von Lage und Ausstattung Aufmerksamkeit an der Rezeption entsprach nicht den Ansprüchen eines top 5Sterne Hotels. Mussten wegen Baulärms das Zimmer wechseln. |

The location is absolutely great. The bar on top has dramatic views of the Giralda. The breakfast is very good. The staff is your typical "beautiful people" with attitude. Not a single greeting, very poor communication skills, unfriendly and condescending! I guess you have to be an international superstar to get a "Hello" at this hotel. |

Design - although carrying some serious mistakes. Examples: a) the carpet cover almost only under the bed; it had only 10 cm to one side and about 15 cm to the other - both impossible to hold an adult's foot b) TV set is fixed obviously wrongly (too low) To be very brief: Noise from the laundry from 7 am; air condioned did not work on the second night (we changed the room); the toillet (second night) had a horrible ventilation: apparently it pushed in the smell of other toillets; room servive was very bad; and finally, it was impossible to have breakfast on the dinning room due to the smoking smell (apparently they turn the space into a pub during... |

The Fusion is an oasis - a cool, dark and quiet escape from the bustle that surrounds. The rooftop terrace is spectacular, the staff attentive, and the design on par with the most modern boutique hotels in the world. It is virtually impossible to access by car, and no mention of this is made via the internet; the music didn't stop until ~2am (which was fine), but when the power went out sometime overnight there was seemingly zero attention paid to the early hour (6am) or to the fact that dozens of guests were trying to sleep. Our stay was lovely - our sleep was most certainly not. |

Proximity to centre. The roof terrace. The noise was awful, could not sleep. This was hotel noise not caused by traffic in the street. Also there was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel for one of the days of the stay. The room/bar service was very slow. We ordered a drink from the bar to be brought to us by pool on roof top terrace, this took over 30mins to get to us. No view at all from room, very dark. |

Only location and NOTHING else This is more like a bar not a hotel!!! Staff cannot speak english, entrance is dirty, they try to look posh and they look more pathetic, room size is 4m2 with a bed itself being 3.5m2, |

Great Location, Very Modern and Hip, Friendly Staff, Front Desk People speak English well enough. Rate is not cheap, but comparing with the location and style I guess it is fair. |

unusual hotel. well placed. almost impossible to reach by car. staff exceptional. poor directions if driving, we knew hotel was next to cathedral which we could see so we parked and walked. the bus boy went to where we said the car was parked and drove it to the hotel . great service! |
