Although the hotel is considered to be far from the center of Madrid, metro and bus stations are available next to the hotel and it is cheap. Hotel staff were so helpful. -Hotel is far from the touristic areas of Madrid. Hotel staff didn't inform us that the hotel is offering Free breakfast during March. Also the beds were not comfortable at all, we couldn't sleep well. |

Good location, atmosphere, services. Close to two metro station (a few minutes walk to Gregoria Maranon or Ruben Dario). Though the price is not so reasonable, worthwhile staying, if you would like to stay in a pleasant, clean room. |

The staff was very nice and the hotel had an excellent location. The air conditioning wasn't working and it was very hot. Also, the cleaninf staff left did't collect some empty bottles that the last guests had left in the fridge. |
