Excellent location on the tree-lined Paseo Espladon. Friendly staff. Breakfast was pleasant in a large dining room. Burgos is a hidden gem. 30 min riverside walk to Miraflores monastery is a must; Huelgas monastery is astonishing; Cathedral+++ |

Location, location, location... The staff were friendly and even though no English was spoken, my little bit of Portuguese was understood enough to establish a satisfying service relationship. Room furniture was shabby and tired and needs some updating. If you have a car, plan an extra 13.30 a day for parking in a very convenient underground city structure. |

Realmente lo único que encuentro positivo en el hotel es la situación céntrica privilegiada que tiene,y el trato amable del personal, en cuanto al precio aunque no es caro la habitación individual que ocupé dejaba mucho que desear. El hotel necesita una reforma urgentemente. Habitación deteriorada,muy pequeñas la habitación y la cama, mobiliario viejo y estropeado. |
