If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Deposit
40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

The Islas Medas are home to some of the most important marine flora and fauna in the Mediterranean and great spot for diving.
You can also snorkel, sailing, windsurf, kayaking, tennis, go-karting, horse riding, ultralight flying, walking and cycling are also possible.

The rest of the year it is open from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Arrivals after 19:00 are not possible, as there is no night porter service.

The apartment was close to the beach and restaurants. Nice view to beach and over bird reserve. We had to air the room every time we came back into the apartment as it stank of poo ! A kettle in the room would have been good, the pool was not cleaned, no internet as advertised. We left 3 days early. |

I liked the position being very near the beach and with cafes and a supermarket near The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the walls very thin I had noisy neighbours. |

The apartment had a very effective air conditioning unit, the kitchen utencils, crockery and appliances were all very clean and the apartments were in a very good location - close to the sea, shops and eating facilitiese. Noise transference was an issue - we had a family with a baby in the apartment next to us and every time the baby cried we could hear this as if the baby was in the next room. This meant that when the baby woke during the night crying (evey night for a long period of time), we were woken up |

IT was very clean and tidy and in good proximity of the beach and twon. The pool was good. Security of the building was good. The beds were very uncomfortable and my husband and daughter pu their mattresses on the floor and slept there which was more comfortable than the beds. The walls are very thin and so the noise from other occupants and the road outside is quite disturbing. |

that is was very clean, and i enjoyed the pool. at times there were very long ques of people who wanted to stay in the hotel,if u wanted an assitance from the reception you would have to whait a very long time. even if there wasnt, all the phone calls would come first before the person who is actually staying the apartment,that was very annoying. |

A good value for money hotel. Clean and comfortable, although the bed settee is probably best for children, rather than adults. Great location for the beach and a nice walk into the center of the town. The best supermarket is around the corner. The bakery is the best in town, if you like "proper" bread. |

The pool area had no parasols ! The sunbeds didn't have different positioning. Although some of the pool area is shaded, i feel it would be more comfortable an look more attractive with parasols. |

Towels were cleaned every three days, bed linens every week. 2 min walk to beach, close to stores bed very hard, we used our own pillows, bunkbed in living room als very hard, taking a shower at 18:00-19:00 delivered not much water |

pool was good reasonable for the price stayed in better in majorca wouldnt return here was ok but not great, no bar facility in our block ,towels only changed once, not much around on night to do ,dino,s was ok if you want to wait a long time for food,went for breakfast at 9.30 got it at 11.45 never went back |

I liked its close proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants nearby. The weather was also guaranteed! The lack of cleaning of the apartment during our stay was a major turn-off. |

The resort its self is a little bit scruffy and has seen better days. It seemed quite empty with lots of bars still closed in early July .The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. It is only 100 meters from the sandy beach and has a good sized pool. Lots of cheap places to eat nearby and the bar in the hotel did a good cheap breakfast. Our aircon didn't work and there were no batteries in the tv remote ! To be fair, we were there for only a few days and spent all our time out and about so didn't bother asking the staff to rectify these faults. |

Good location, away from the busier parts of this vacation town, but only a block away from the beaches. Other guests were loud, and the walls are thin. The door to the apartment did not open easily because it got stuck on the floor. |

Close to beach and restaurants and driving distance to golf courses. Very basic.Stayed for 3 nights and not enough loo roll for 2!( thanks to previous review I took my own!) Also no cleaning stuff which means hard to keep place clean.Probably would have been ok if weather had been good but not a place to hang out if weathger bad. |

El apartamento está correctamente equipado y se encuentra muy cerca de la playa. Tiene buenas vistas y además está en una zona tranquila. El apartamento no tiene persianas ni toldo en la terraza, lo que hace que sea muy caluroso por el día. El personal no se encuentra en el mismo edificio donde está el alojamiento, así que para cualquier duda o incidencia hay que llamar a un teléfono y esperar a que alguien se desplace, porque además en fines de semana sólo hay una persona de guardia. |

L'hotesse d'accueil nous a très bien accueilli, elle est sympathique et parle couramment le français. La chambre choisie pour 6 personnes est impécable (2 chambres séparées + 1 canapé convertible). L'hotel est proche d'autres villes très agréables à visiter (pals, peratallada, calella de palafrugell ....) L'hotel est placé en centre ville donc la vue n'est pas magnifique, le parking est extérieur à l'hotel, on se gare le long de la route. La ville de l'ESTARTIT ne nous a pas donné envie de la visiter |

Assez bruyant, des bruits d'eau (comme un robinet resté ouvert) en continu toute la journée et surtout difficiles à supporter la nuit. Des alezes en caoutchouc dans les lits ! |

Un bon rapport qualité/prix - La cuisine bien équipée - La grande terrasse - Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir l'appart. au 2ème étage côté mer sans l'avoir demandé - La proximité de la plage , des commerces , du centre ville , on peut laisser sa voiture au parking ... - La situation géographique qui offre de nombreuses possibilités à ceux qui veulent visiter ... Pas de persiennes et les rideaux ne sont pas occultants - de plus pas de double vitrages ; ce sont 3 points qui pourraient être améliorés ! |
