We stayed at the villa's across from the main hotel and we thought they were amazing however when we booked there were no pictures online to show just how good the villa's were I would suggest they added some pictures. We will definatly be booking again. |

Hotel was good. Good size room with balcony, but not the best location, you need a car to get to the closest restaurant, shop or sea .Breakfast was ok, nothing special. We loved spa. Location. It was very difficult to adjust hot water in shower and bath. |

The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities were great and the restaurant was a very good standard Unfortunately, the staffing levels were very low and service was not what it should be |

The hotel is in a very good position in between Puerto Banus and Estepona which is very good for shopping, dinning and nightlife. The Spa is probably one of the best i've been to and the hotel is quite modern could do with Wi-Fi in the rooms though Staff was somewhat lost at times |

Friendly staff; easy access to hotel; good choice of food at breakfast. Residents should not be allowed to walk around the reception area in swimming clothes. There are bathrobes available in every room. I dislike seeing bare-chested men in the interior of hotels (not a pretty sight, even for other men!). It lowers the tone. Even when on holidays, this is just too casual. |

Comfortable and clean, staff very helpful and the free trip round the spa is excellent. A little out of the way, you do need a car. |

The access to the pool from the Villa Apartments was good. It is not possible to walk to the beach or restaurants from the hotel due to the highway, but that is not clear on the map or in the information on the website. There is no internet access in the villas, only in the hotel and that was not accessible. |

I booked this hotel for myself and my daughter as we were in need of pampering in luxurious surroundings. We were not disappointed. The staff were very pleasant and the cleanliness was exceptional. Overall it was a very good experience and excellent value for money. I would say a hired car is an essential. We had booked bed and breakfast but there were no restaurants nearby so we ended up eating in the hotel in the evenings. The restaurant prices are expensive. Although the food is good, I feel it is overpriced. |

Enhorabuena por el Spa. Bien atendido, limpio. Detalles como el albornoz en la habitación, toalla, zapatillas y gorro a la llegada al Spa es un detalle que diferencia a los hoteles con buen servicio de wellness y a los que no. En mi corta estancia obeservé que el desayuno no estaba todo lo bien atendido que podía estar. Entiendo que al no tener una alta ocupación no puede haber muchos camareros, pero si se debe pasar más veces por el comedor por si alguien necesita algo. |

Las instalaciones del Thalasso & Spa son muy buenas y muy bien conservadas. La oferta de tratamientos corporales muy buena. En nuestra habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado (calefación) y nos costó trabajo que nos cambiaran de habitación. Menos mal que lo conseguimos, pues hacía un frio tremendo |

Limpieza y comodidad de la habitación Algunas zonas del spa no funcionaban y otras estaban sucias. Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel y, a pesar de estar en diciembre y disponer de un salón climatizado en el interior, obligaban a todos los clientes a cenar en la terraza cubierta no climatizada donde hacía bastante frio. |

La villa es grande ,acojedora muy bueno para pasar dias con la familia .El hotel es precioso y lo que mas es el SPA es una passada ,te vienes nuevo despues de una seccion de spa ,muy buenos profecionales hay trabajando en este hotel . Pues los precios no me combence ,es caro y ahora a primero de año suben mas los precios ,es una lastima la ubida que va a pegar no lo veo justo como estan las cosas ahora ,deben ser mas axequible para los bolsillos de todos y el Spa es muy caro tambien ,si se bajan los precios seguro que siempre estaria lleno de gente ,ya que es un magnifico hotel para descansar . |
