Good location. Rooms old but clean and good shape. Breakfast includes only coffee, orangejuice and croissant with marmelade. But overall good value. |

Convenient downtown location was great. I happened to be there for the Festival San Juan, June 13th which gave me the opportunity to see local cultural activities. I loved walking around the Castillo Santa Barbara as well. Also the hotel was very convenient to the train station for departure.Great warm Cresants for breakfast. |

Central location. Good value for money. On returning to the hotel at night we were told our electronic key was missing. The staff tried to open our room with a master copy but this didn't work. Eventually our key was found in the pigeonhole above. A careless mistake which for half an hour made us fearful our room had been broken into. The staff were helpful and friendly despite our very limited spanish A short multi lingual summary of services and times etc in the room would have been useful (but not essential as staff were helpful) |

The pictures on Booking.com's website were inaccurate. The hotel was actually a nursing home with rooms for rent, and the whole place smelled like it too. The bed was flimsy and sunken in. The walls and light switches were filthy. Do not ever stay at this hotel. |

Close to shopping. There was to much noise from the road. Trash trucks would empty the trucks every night. There was a sewer smell in the hotel. |

no hairdryer in the hotel room, we booked 3 rooms for 3 night and had a minor issue with one of the room n the hotel staff were quick to give us another room...excellant staff |

Excellent stay. We were in a triple room and there was a great deal of space. George on reception was brilliant. He spoke excellent english and was really helpful to us. Was a problem with the internet connection. This could only be accessed in the lobby area. |

Located in centre of town Hotel doesn't have a restaurant and the cafe closes at 8pm. My friend was annoyed rooms didn't have a hair dryer. |

It was clean and the bath was full size! No notification of closure of cafeteria over Christmas when booking and hotel stated it was no pets and a dog was barking across the hallway each night after midnight. No action on complaint to staff. |

Está muy bien situado, en pleno centro de Alicante y con paradas de autobuses urbanos muy cercanas. Está también a pocos metros de la estación de autobuses y de la estación de tren. Las habitaciones son modestas, pero espaciosas y cómodas. El personal de recepción muestra un trato cordial. El hotel dispone de un parking gratuito a pocos metros. El desayuno es muy sencillo. No hay buffet. Es el típico desayuno español (café con leche, zumo y bollería o tostada). Este hotel no tiene piscina ni otras instalaciones tipo gimnasio, sauna etc.al menos nosotros no las vimos. No obstante la relación calidad-precio está bien. |

God service i resepsjonen. Gode heiser. Sentral beliggenhet. Skitten veranda, med utsikt mot stygg bakgård. Frokost var god, men litt liten. For å bli mette måtte vi fortsette frokosten på El Corte Ingles som ligger rett nedenfor. |
