The staff were very friendly, and spoke quite good English. There was a disco built into the hotel on the ground floor, and you could not hear the music once you were out of there. I didnt think that the room was as clean as it could have been. There was dust on the floor, and it needed mopping. |

We were very happy with the size of rooms, travelling with 3 kids under 7 so we needed space for all that goes with them. The lunch and Evening meal was very good in hotel with plenty of variety each day. We were travelling with friends who also had two kids under 7, they booked a quadruple room which was practially the same size as ours except they did not have camp bed and their holiday cost half the price of our????? |

Very good value for money.Situated in a good area of Salou - 10 minutes stroll to the beach/promenade and not too close to the nightclubs. Reception staff spoke excellent English, we arrived at 11.00 am and the room was ready for us. We were half board and were able to swap evening meal for lunch. The food was basic buffet style with not much variety from day to day, however there was always plenty to eat and was very good value considering the amount we had paid. |

I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to the train station and fairly close to the beach. There were a lot of young familiesstaying at the same time and there was nowhere for other people away from them. Even the bar was not free of very small children. |

Very good location and excellent value for money. Hotel staff responded very well to complaint about late night noise and quietened down the room of youths next door. Dining basic, room lacking any ambience - though for what we paid I can't complain. |

Price There were a large number of elderly Spanish tourists staying at the hotel. They were extremly rude to all other guests and took over the whole hotel. I would not go back to this hotel for this reason. |

La localisation, le rapport qualité prix -------------------- Situation, price-quality ratio insonorisation des chambres quasi nulle... on entend les portes claquées, les voisins... --> très très défavorable pour revenir... ------------ Very noisy rooms, we could hear people in the next room --> very very bad point if we wanted to come back...If you have noisy neighbours, you will not be able to rest neither to sleep! (improvement in reducing noise should be done for 3 * hotels) |

Breakfast was excellent, room clean and staff friendly No dedicated parking. Lounge area on the 1st floor by the stairs was used by children for socializing so noisy late at night. Pool area way too small for the number of guests. The rush when the door to the pool area opened at 1000 was crazy. |

Excellent facilities for leisure and entertainment. Excellent food. Good location. The elevators were not enough for the number of users. The disco/pub was full of children under sixteen. The hotel accepts large groups of children witch sometimes causes overcrowded facilities. |
