The first impression of the hotel is disappointment: the lobby at ground level is tiny and the hotel starts at 14th floor. The same building shares the ibis and the novotel, both with large lobbys. I belive the 5stars for this hotel is exagerated. Some of the hotel staff were very, very nice, while other not so nice. The internet is payed, and even accessing a computer is payed (10Euro/hour). |

The roof pool although not enough sunbeds for the guests. No tea/coffee making in room. No movies to rent/watch in evenings when relaxing. Very dusty room. |

Staff, roof top pool and breakfast! On the website couples said that the room was 'too small' but there was no need for anything bigger than the room itself! The staff spoke perfect English, the room and facilities such as the roof top pool were amazing with a 360 view of Valencia, even thought it was a half an hour walk into town you could follow the park and in the sunshine it was perfect. Couldn't of asked for a better hotel. |

I left my wallet and passport in the safe in my roomWhen I rang up next day they checked and found my passport. Many thanks for that Television did not work the turn on button would not stay in I wedge it open. The thing that I am complaining about is that the tail next to the bidet had not been change and it had excrement on it which made me feel ill. |
