La ubicación y el desayuno. En la habitación 602 el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, por lo que estuve 3 horas intentando conciliar el sueño sin poder hacerlo finalmente, debido al ruido del aparato. Finalmente pedí que me cambiaran a otra habitación y me dieron la habitación 102. |

Que esta muy céntrico, aunque al estar al otro lado de las vías es un poco incómodo Tuve que devolver una almohada porque estaba rota y muy sucia. La otra sólo estaba muy sucia. Es imperdonable en un hotel. |

Que estaba cerca del centro de Palencia. y que a pesar de estar cerca de las vias del tren no se oia nada. el garaje era casi imposible aparcar, ya que hay que meter el coche en un ascensor y no todos los coches caben. Tambien tenia pocas plazas de aparcamiento. |
