Very courteous staff. The rooms and bathroom are beautiful. I was given a suite for one of the first nights, at the same rate as a regular room, and although is just a bit bigger than a regular room, it has a terrace with 180 degrees view of Barcelona. The metro is just outside the hotel what makes it very convenient. The neighborhood is a safe one. I really recommend this hotel. |

The room was clean and comfortable and had a touch of designer luxury which I liked - great location too just around the corner from Sagrada Familia |

The hotel is located approx 2,5 km from the train station Placa Catalunya; there are taxis available for a reasonable price. Sagrada Familia is located 3 min walk from the hotel. Good and quiet place. The atmosphere is not very romantic even though we had chosen the romantic package. Good for short business stays. |

Friendly and approachable staff makes you feel at home in the hotel. It is very close to the Metro station so you can easily navigate yourself around the city. The room is quite compact but interior designing compensated for it. |

Comfortable hotel with a very good and helpful stuff. The location is great with a metro 50 meters from the hotel and short walk from Segrada defamiliya. We were first introduced with a small room and after asking, the rooms were replaced with bigger ones breakfeast was nice but not a good value for 17 euro |

50m to metro - two stops to center - and 5 min. walk to sagrada familia. Always noisy street but after a tiring day it was not important for us. Staff and breakfast were ok. Although our room was small, bathroom was interestingly spacious. |

I ordered a wake-up call that never arrived. There was no apology. When giving directions the staff were not helpful. |

the helpfulness of the front desk staff, particularly sandra, toward guests who not only did not speak spanish but also needed many points in the right directions in order to navigate streets, restaurants, and computers. we had a lovely time at the hotel because of them. |

Nice room, if a bit small. Friendly staff. Metro is right next door, which really helps with heading into town. Bath plug stuck every time we had a shower, so coled water filled up. We did report it to the staff and it was fixed the next morning. However, it just broke again then. |

All is new, clean, comfortable, staff were kind, location was good, Internet was not so simple to connect to: why register? routers wern't strong enough. Breakfast was a little poor: more cheese and vegtables. |

Very modern hotel, good location, friendly staff, very close to the underground and to Sagrada Familia, few restaurants and coffee shops around, not far from the sea site. We ordered double room, but the beds were single moved together to make it double, it ment we had a gap between beds in the middle, it was the only thing I did not like about the hotel and it is the reason why I would not return to this hotel again, though I liked everything else. |
