The hotel was extremely clean and staff were very helpful. The free internet access was also very good. There is an on-site car park for guests and the hotel is situated very near the train and bus stations. |

Cleanliness and polite and efficient attention from the staff, including restaurant staff, the young man serving us spoke a very little English but was very helpful and with our little Spanish we managed to converse with him. We would have liked a few more vegetables with our main meal. |

Very close to town, I enjoyed the proximity and the comfort of the room! I had a little difficulty with the A/C -- The first day I was not told that a card had to stay inserted to log on to AC between 11:00 am and ? --- Keep waking up early because of lack of AC - |

The staff were very friendly and gave us exactly the room that we had requested. We had a beautiful, quiet room overlooking the historic city of Toledo. It would have been nice to have a bar where you could go for a drink and supper was not always available which meant we had to walk out of the hotel. There were not many restaurants near by to choose from. |

The breakfast is very complete and good parking space. I didn't like the fact that they didn't have an iron in the room or even one available when you called reception. They have a washing and ironing service but if you arrive in the afternoon there is no way you will have your clothes clean/ironed for the next morning. |

Good view. Free internet access. Good bus service into city. Judging on a 4 star rating this hotel did not come up to scratch. The aircon in the room was inefficient and only worked when the room was occupied. Coming in at the end of a day's sightseeing it was very hot. There were no coffee making facilities. The hotel caters for bus trips and the trippers swamp the facilities. |

Beautiful city views. Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. The food was excellent including the breakfast buffet and gourmet dinner. I would stay again with pleasure!! |

The situation was reasonable for the price paid. It was not too far from the town, 10 minutes walk, and the rooms were comfortable. There was no cafe/bar so you could not get any refreshments at any time. |

Hotel well sited and within walking distance for visiting the city of Toledo. Some rooms have elevated views overlooking the city. Clean modern quality hotel. Secure parking available in the hotel at a cost but on street parking available nearby. Food quality potentially good but fish was served still partially frozen |

Easy access, fast service. I found the restaurant to be poor. Food was served lukewarm, and some dishes were not prepared as expected in a 4 star establishment. The restaurant service did not match that of the hotel overall. |

Decent value for the price. The free parking and internet access were a plus. The parking garage was a bit of a tight fit. |

Staff very helpfull, beautiful modern hotel, free internet access in reception, near bus station. Its advertised on yor review of the hotel that it has great views of Toledo, but only a very limited number of rooms have a view of the city. Pool closed. |

Dinner and breakfast was very good value Did not find the reception staff during the day shifts very friendly. Not the case of the evening shift. A little too far for elderly person to walk to old city for sightseeing. |

I liked the complementary breakfast. It had a nice variety of delicious cheese and ham. The women at the front desk were also very helpful and friendly. The beds and the pillows were also very comfortable. I slept very well. I liked the hotel, however I wish that it had a coffee maker in the room and I couldn't not connect to the wifi, although my friend was able to. |

Hotel located near the historical part of Toledo but in walking distance in quiet and green residential area. Comfortable and clean enough. Offers good breakfast. Nothing is special inside of the hotel. Interior and rooms don't reflect historical atmosphere of the city. It was looking empty at the end of December. |

The comfort and size of the room was excellent. The breakfast, included in the price, was of top quality - very varied and fully comprehensive. Although it was very quiet when we stayed there the staff were very attentive and helpful. |
