Close to Airport. Situated in the middle of a discontinued building site. Airport taxi drivers did not know of its existence. Breakfat buffet of pedestrian standard. |

clean I booked a room for 3 people, had a copy in hand of on-line booking with total cost shown - when we arrived I was informed that ther was a $75.00 surcharge for the third person (not stated in booking or total). Hotel front desk staff completely unhelpful and bordering on rude. |

the hotel itself was nice. the location was no where. it was not close to madrid airport and it was the only building in a construction site. staff did not give the right direction to take the bus/metro luckily a cab found us. we were lost on our way back at the metro station with no one to ask at past 11 p.m. and we called the hotel to get us a cab but staff told us she cannot do that because we might not wait for the... |

I LIKE THE ROOM THAT WAS NICE CLEAN AND COMFORT FOR 0 2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDRENS. THE FOOD WAS ALSO GOOD THE DISTANCE FROM THE AIRPORT IS BIG AND IT WOULD BE NICE TO GET AN HOTEL SHUTTLE |

Well designed room. Lighting was excellent for reading in bed or use of laptop. Room darkening curtains. Proximity to airport. I asked for the shuttle for ten the next day. It was not ordered, but the hotel made up for this by paying for the cost of a taxi minus the cost of the shuttle. This was done without me asking and without questioning me about it. |

Liked that breakfast was included and rooms were very clean and modern. Did not like that there was not a shuttle to the airport. We ended up needing two taxis, which were quite expenstive. |

The hotel was fairly quiet and tranquil, the complimentary breakfast was great. When I reserved this hotel online, one of my primary concerns and reasons was to be able to get to the Barajas Airport in Madrid easily and at a good price, The description on the website assured me that THERE WOULD DEFINITELY be a public transportation (bus, shuttle) from the hotel to the airport, however, when I arrived, this was not the case. |

I did not like aything about this Hotel. There were many thing I did not like.I Booked the hotel mainly as it advised a shuttle service from the airport, what I was not informed is the shuttle service from the airport was charged for 8 euro's and did not run on a Sunday. There was no food available at 7pm when I asked or even later on a Saturday night, only samwhiches from a vending machine.Ie no resturant facilities. |

Everything was very clean and the reception staff was very helpful The room was too hot, and even with the window open, we could not cool it down. The AC was turned off for the winter season. The price was too high for the star level. The restaurant staff was late arriving for dinner time. We had waited until 8:00 p.m. for their arrival, but then had to order out because they were late. |

Hotel relatively close to the airport. Staff was freindly and accomodating. Room was clean and there was not much noise in the room considering the distance to the runways at Madrid airport. The quality of food (dinner) is below average. I would not reccommend eating (dinner) in the restaurant. However if you are looking for a low cost hotel this is a good choice. |

We were waiting for the shuttle for 45 min in front of the airport and after we called the hotel. They told us that the shuttle already left and will be there in few minutes.The shuttle was there in 20 minutes and when we arrived at the hotel we found out that we have to pay 16 euros for the transfer.Thing that we didn`t know and were not informed when we booked.the hotel is in a middle of a field |

There was no mention of a charge to use the shuttle from the airport until you actually borded the bus |

the rooms were very nice for the price although the hotel was out in the middle of nowhere. I felt that the Holiday Inn Shuttles was oversold and found it to be twice as expensive as just ordering a taxi. |

Clean modern feel, well thought out facilities in the room By the motorway and in the flight path of the airport, could not open the window and the room was boiling hot.Bed was rock hard. |

staff warm and friendly,very helpful room was good but could have been better for a family room like a bit bigger with more space to move but on the whole very satisfied will go back again . far away from bus stop.should give free bus service to nearest metro .should not charge for airport hotel shuttle |

The staff was friendly and accomdating. The location was very remote. There was an 8 euro per person charge for the airport shuttle. The furnishings were very basic. |
