Room well appointed and good standard of cleanliness and comfort Thought the buffet breakfast was a bit chaotic. Single area layout meant people congregated all in one place. |

Very reasonably priced hotel in a good central location. Room was clean and car park easily accessed. Car park was expensive and the room walls were very very thin. |

room was very clean, and most of the front desk staff spoke English (very helpful!) hotel was out of the way of alot in the city. There was a power outage for close to 20 hours, and little was explained as to why, and when it would get fixed. Upon check out, discount for power outage was only given after asking about it. |

Staff spoke English. Cheap and comfortable. Asked for a tracel cot, which had been requested prior to arriving. Was advised the hotel did not have any. We had to ask if they could find one as we had our 7 week old baby with us. They said they didn't have any in the hotel, so we said we would have to leave the hotel. They then brought one 2 minutes later! |

The hotel was great. The only hotel that allows you to accomodate 2 kids in the same room for free. Language was not a problem, staff spoke or else made a big effort to speak in English. I managed to park our rented car outside without using the garage. I was worried about noise since hotel is on a very busy roundabout. However with double glazing it is very quiet. Room was a good size and very comfortable. Location is about 20 mins walk to the Science and Arts Museum. Overall it is a great hotel and very good value for money. |
