Good quality hotel with comfortable, clean rooms. Very friendly staff and secure parking. Just a short walk from the centre of town. Good value for money. Not really the hotels fault but difficult to find with the one way systems. |

Only 3 blocks from the Old City area. Underground parking with elevator access for luggage. Abundant road signs indicating hotel location. |

Great service from friendly polite staff, great food at the hotel restaurant (dinner was superb), a friendly and enjoyable bar, rooms kept immaculate and a great location to explore Leon. And free internet too in the room. All round - a great place to stay. |

Very nice room, boutique looking. Very easy free parking The walls were paper thin - I could almost hear the person next door thinking - certainly all movement and functions (shower, loo, coughing) noise made me think at one stage someone was using our bathroom. Could only recommend to a very sound sleeper |

exceeds expectations of 3 star hotel I've asked for an extra bed and the one I've got was narrow and short - too small for an average adult |

Good value and being centrally located for the sights in the old town. The staff were also very helpful and gave very good advice and information. The hotel says it has Air Conditioning but this does not function in the rooms. Our rooms had the sun on them and as a result the heat built up in the rooms and there was no means to cool them down even with the window open. It only started to cool down some what in the early morning. |

Good location Wifi only on 3rd and 1st floors. (I was on the 2nd floor), no bathtub, I was on the corner room next to the sheets/linen closet, and it was loud. |

The hotel is very modern and clean. Also, it is only minutes from the cathedral and the town centre (but offers on site free parking for the guests) so an ideal location for exploring the city of Leon. The only minor downside might be that breakfast was not included and seemed a bit expensive with eur 9 per person. But as there are plenty of nice bars in the town centre it wasn't a problem to find good breakfasts within minutes. |

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast prices were not made clear and we ended up paying quite a lot for a buffet style breakfast which wasn't that great. |

Location to the Cathredal and city centre. Garage useful and necessary. Fridge in room. Breakfast. Expensive and poor unless you like cake for breakfast - Brit's don't! Had to ask for cold milk for cereal and for tea. No air conditioning in the room - instead some silly underfloor heating which took days to cool down! |

Nice rooms great location, Parking was complimentary, The heating and cooling system is via radiant tube in the floor. If the weather was hot it wouuld not cool very well. Do not know how the heating works for winter, |
