I cannot say that there was anything that I particularly liked about my stay at the Hotel Fenix. It was reasonably comfortable but for a three star hotel there were no facilities, I am not sure that there was even an elevator as I saw an elderly couple struggling upstairs with their luggage. The breakfast was not of the quality we would expect from a three star hotel. In fact it was merely what ever was being served in the bar. Our room was facing the railway station and was on a busy road so it was not the quietest of rooms. There were apparently no other rooms available. |

The room was smelled of tobacco, the pillows were very flat and smelled of sweat, the staff weren't friendly and the price of the room was very expensive!! |

Room was extremely clean and quite roomy with good-sized closet, large bathroom, and good tv reception. Hotel staff was efficient and helpful, although nobody we interacted with spoke English. Hotel is on a very busy street, so street noise was considerable. Since there was no air conditioning, we had to leave window open. Perhaps the rooms on the other side of the hall are quieter since they don't face the busy thoroughfare. It would have helped to know that, as I probably would have requested the quieter side! |

Estar muy cerca de la estación de autobuses y a pocos metros del centro de Oviedo. El olor a comida en las habitaciones y pasillos, y el ruido por estar cerca de la vía del tren y de la carretera. |

La relación calidad precio. No es un hotel de lujo pero si funcional. Habitaciones pequeñas, pero lo suficientemete cómodas para pasar la noche con tranquilidad. Obviamente hay aspectos mejorables, como en todos los hoteles. SI lo que se busca es un hotelito decente para pasar la noche, es interesante. Si se quieren otras cosas entonces los hay mejores. Pero no con este precio. Quizás la recepción no se corresponda con lo que se presume de un hotel de tres estrellas. Pero no se duereme en la recepción. |
