Although I changed the room as I arrived 2 times because of AC not working properly and some funky aroma in another room I ened up in a right place.Hotel service was great, location is very convinient if you arrive by train in a city center, just walk about 400 meters to the hotel, and as you go to the beach, take the elevator downstairs and walk 150 meters. AC and a fridge shutting down as you take your room key out.The usual experience of irish- english breakfast which you can only like if you are born in one of those countries, I wish more hotels would serve the food other europeans could appreciate, but there was a choice of a spanish food as well as fresh fruit so you could choose something else as well |

Fenix is right next to the beach. excellent location. very close to torremolinos train station which can be reached from malaga airport for 1.25euros. It has all the facilities what anyone needs. Rooms are very spacious and decent. Staff were very helpful. Food was very good. I had a chance to try all the different spanish cuisine. Breat fast and Dinner lot of variety. Very professional. Just a one thing but not a complaint, wi fi should have been free in the room as most of the places now a days it's free. 17 euros per day to use the computer in the room is too much but 2 euros per hour for the wired internet is not bad. |

Pleasant and kind staff in reception-desk (f.e. we got room with view in outside staircase which was changing). Varied meals (breakfast and dinner). Tea-maker at room. This hotel looks worse than in photo (It isn’t “design hotel” !). Rooms are very small. Male staff in restaurant is very unpleasant (f.e. we wait 15 minutes for ordering something for drink for dinner being alone in restaurant!). Pool is very small and don’t have good ventilation. Generally it’s typical three stars hotel. |

The breakfast was good The cleaning lady broke my special oil bottle (bought from Morocco),she only wrote a note `perdon`.I informed to the reception if they could compensate somehow but they didn´t want to take responsibility . The cleaning lady also left our balconydoor and bathroom window open so the room was very cold . |

An ok hotel for the money, staff were nice and helpful. I wouldn't think this was a four star hotel but the location was great, and for the price we paid, it was very good value. |

heated indoor swimming pool, good even in the winter months. nice spacious room and bathroom. sauna and steam room are charged separately at 7€ per person, which although not excessive, is an unexpected extra, which leaves a bad taste. Parking is also not included and is charged separately at €18 per night. |

The food was very good and the spa was good value also. Smell of sewage in the bathroom must have come from a vent. |

There was nothing that we liked about staying in this hotel. We were lucky we had only booked for two nights to try the hotel out. Hotel food was extreamly poor. The staff were very absent in the hotel and dining room. Requests we made felt like a chrore. Even asking for somthing as simple as hot watter look four attempts. |
