Very comfortable rooms, with a nice decoration. Pleasant facilities. Close to a subway station. Quiet hotel.

Very good interior design of the hotel rooms, LCD TV, free wifi services, very clean hotel room, sound room temperature control, free bottle water (with sparkling) and very comfortable bed. There is absolutely no smell of smoking in my non-smoking room.

The lift did not function very well occasionally, the lighting of the floor corridor is relatively dim.

nice modern furniture in the rooms, including the bathroom. We appreciated the Free wireless internet in the rooms.

the room ( bed ) and bathroom were modern and very comfortable. I also liked the garden.

it is a bit far from the centre of Madrid, but the metro was close by

The design of the room was amazing, very clean and comfortable. Very close to a metro station and 6 metro stations away from the city. The neighborhood there is quiet and the decoration inside the building and into the rooms very modern. The stuff was helpfull and polite. Generally it gave me a good impression.

The food that we had for dinner-only once- was not good. It was half cold, obviously reheated in a microwave oven and not so fresh. I consider it relatively expensive compared to its quality and portion. Also something that I did not like was that the room had no window, so we could not have fresh air...

the hotel was confortable and in a pretty good location. the rooms were nicely decorated and the staff spoke good english and were helpful. only a couple of slight niggles.

When we arrived the were no rooms, so they sent us to another hotel for one night. This was quite anoying since we had made reservations. The hotel is not that near the city center and the breafast is nothing special.

We booked a double room but due to overbooking we got 2 single rooms. This was compensated by the Junior suite the following day but we would have preferred to have a double room from the beginning as was booked.

my friends and I were booked into a executive double room, a special winter offer. It was a standard double room, nothing special. My friends bathroom door was broken, which they complained about the four days we were there, nothing was done about it, and they also complained about the constant machine noise outside their bedroom window, again nothing was done.
