La extraordinaria atención del personal en todo momento, en especial en recepción y el personal encargado del restaurante Ondarribia, las instalaciones de spa-gimnasio y la selección gastronómica en el Restaurante Ondarribia. Un único pero relativo a que debido a la deficiente insonorización entre habitaciones, el propio personal del hotel nos despertó con sus voces en el pasillo. Es un aspecto a mejorar. |

La propreté, les équipements (piscine avec vue sur les pyrénées vraiment chouette, salle de sport au top etc...) l'emplacement de l'hôtel avec une vue vraiment sympa, le personnel dans son ensemble vraiment souriant et compétent (sauf la serveuse du bar vraiment pas aimable), chambre plutôt spacieuse, la restauration est plutôt correct mais sans plus, les prix aussi et surtout les efforts de l'hôtel pour proposer des activités à leurs clients (randonné, vtt, pic nic etc..) Franchement pas grand chose, des petits détails vraiment peu important comme par exemple pas de wifi dans les chambres mais dans les parties communes très bien aménagées au demeurant, cet hôtel mérite amplement ses 4 étoiles |

Lo mejor sin duda el desayuno buffet y la tranquilidad. Fatal el servicio de masajes, nunca hay nadie para atenderte en el suspuesto spa y se excusan diciendo que solo hay una persona para todo.. es decir la misma persona atiende en recepción y da los masajes. Además el servicio es carísimo. No creo que este hotel merezca las cuatro estrellas que dice tener, ni por instalaciones, ni por servicios y desde luego si lo que se busca en un buen spa y un buen servicio de masajes, tampoco lo merecería,y las habitaciones están bastante estropeadas para el tiempo que tiene el hotel. |

la proximidad a pistas y la calidad de la comida, era exquisita!!!Tuvieron un detalle excelente con la facturación de la habitación ,dichos detalles son los que te convencen para volver!!! si , la antipatía del "maitre".Estuvimos 20 minutos esperando para apuntar la cena y cuando vino encima fue antipático y grosero!!!!el tamaño de la habitación era un poco pequeño. |

La gentillesse du personnel qui a fait d'énormes efforts pour nous aider dans notre très mauvais espagnol afin de nous embellir ce séjour malgré une période de vacances scolaires en Espagne. Encore mille merci à toute l'équipe et à la direction. Je n'ai qu'un seul regret, c'est de ne pas avoir signalé au staff que j'aurai souhaité un lit king size, plutôt que deux lits rapprochés. Mais, encore une fois tout ceci n'est pas de leur faute. |

aunque el checkout era a las 12 horas, no solo nos dejaron un cuarto para guardar las maletas sino que de regreso del esquí, a las 17:00 te permiten usar la piscina, sauna, duchas..... todo un detalle. quiza tiene un precio algo elevado. |

Lo mejor ha sido la restauración. Una carta variada y original. Ambiente agradable y acogedor. La zona de spa me ha resultado un poco pequeña. Faltaban hamacas y había que esperar mucho para las hamacas de infrarrojos. |
