Awesome. Quite a way out of the city centre, but easy to get to on the metro. 5 minutes from one of the main train stations. We had a 2 room suite,which was a bit of luxury. staff extremely friendly and helpful. |

We liked the proximity of the hotel to the train station and to restaurants and we were particularly pleased that the desk staff understood/spoke enough English to help us out. The buffet breakfast was also very good. |

Arrived very late into Madrid Chamartin and were leaving late night out of Chamartin. 5 minutes from the station by foot, 15 minutes from Atocha station. Excellent facility, a huge suite with a living room, kitchenette, office area, separate bedroom and WC. Bar and lounge were reasonably priced, breakfast was better than most hotel buffet breakfasts. |

Close proximity to the Catholic church, good transport network to the shopping centres by bus and Metro. Relaxed comfort of the Hotel Absence of a TV channel (apart from CNN) that I could listen to in English |

Location - tube, renfe, small food shops. Double room have bedroom and sitting room. Clean and quiet. In kitchenette no kitchen utensils and koffee-pot as well!! |

Above all the employees at reception; they are most pleasant, attentive and helpful. The suites are great, spacious and most comfortable. I found that it was a lettle complicated to have breakfast or a drink in the cafeteria; you have to look around to get somebody to wait on you or to bring the bill Not like is too strong, but the service in the cafetería could improve; the restaurant, though, is all right |

El trato del personal es atento. El mobiliario esta anticuado, pero es comodo. Las habitaciones son amplias. El desayuno no es muy variado, pero no te roban en el precio del mismo. Esta cerca de metro, autobuses y estación de Chamartín. |

Der kleine, gemütliche Eingangsbereich. Die gut ausgestattete Suite. Die Anbindung zur Metro. Der Lärm von der Strasse her, besonders nachts. Hervorgerufen durch ein in der Fahrbahn eingelassenes Metallgitter, dass wohl stellenweise nicht gut befestigt war. Durch das Überfahren des an einer bestimmten Stelle schlecht verankerten Gitters löste der Vorgang einen "Höllenlärm" aus. |

ubicación próxima a la estación de renfe 26 ºC. en Madrid y no había aire acondicionado ni posibilidad de ponerlo en todo el hotel, cuando la página de booking dice que si lo tiene |
