hotel does not look great outside but the rooms are quite well decorated and furnished

only there one night,no problems to speak of

helpful and friendly receptionist, it's central location made up for the negatives

it was quite noisy until midnight but it was because of the quality of soundproofing, there was also a strong smell of smoke there are no non smoking rooms apparently

The central location was great - ideal to visit everything. The parking arrangements were really good as we did not need to use the car during our stay. The staff at the hotel were excellent - friendly, informative and helpful.

When we are checking out,we payed 90 euro. But the front lady misunderstood it's 70 euro. We told her to pay back correct change,she started getting angry and shouted ''Take it!'' to us with correct change.And showerhead was broken.In addition,the bathroom was not clean completly.

Nicht besonders viel, einzig die Sauberkeit des Hotels wäre hervorzuheben. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, auch eine Tiefgarage hatte das Hotel zu bieten ( 8 € / Tag ).

Das Francabel ist sehr hellhörig. Der Service läßt zu wünschen übrig, die Mitarbeiter wirken eher wie Aushilfen, die oftmals überfordert scheinen. Auf das Frühstück im Hotel haben wir aufgrund angestaubten und in die Jahre gekommenen Essensräume verzichtet. - Wir waren mit dem Auto 7 Tage in Kastilien-La Mancha unterwegs, das Francabel war das teuerste und schlechteste Hotel.
