Vond het voor een 4 sterren resort tegenvallen. Geen vriendelijk personeel mn de receptie.Kreeg de indruk dat het erg vermoeiend was om gasten te woord te staan,laat staan iets spontaan en vriendelijk voor je te betekenen.Met uitzondering van het personeel in het restaurant.Congres overigens uitstekend verzorgd. Dat we ondanks het mooie weer niet buiten konden ontbijten, handdoeken voor het strand niet te verkrijgen waren (alleen voor het zwembad a 10 euro) en strandstoelen duur betaald moesten worden.Er een nare lucht hing in de gang en een erg vieze plek op de vloer in de hal die pas na enkele dagen opgeruimd was.... |

Mooi opgezet hotel, prachtig zwembad, direct bij het strand. Hotel is zeer in trek bij Spaanse gezinnen. Erg groot hotel en wat gehorig in de gangen. Door de ligging ben je als je iets meer wilt zien dan alleen het eigen zwembad en strand wel genoodzaakt een auto te gebruiken of regelmatig een taxi te nemen. |

Gezien de periode was het niet druk, vriendelijk onthaal in meerdere talen, zeer bereidwillig. We hadden de pech dat in de kamer juist boven ons Spanjaarden logeerden, veel lawaai in de nachtelijke uren, geen respect voor andere hotelbewoners, vb douchen om 03 uur minder goede isolatie van het hotelgebouw |

Prachtige ruime kamer. Ruime badkamers. Fantastische ligging aan zee. Zeezicht vanaf balkon .Vriendelijk, behulpzaam, attent en plezierig personeel. |

The week we chose was quiet and so just what we needed for some romance and rest. All the facilities were very good with easy access to Beach. Room comfortable with lovely views. Food was excellent although a bit expensive, but given this is a 4 star Hotel not suprising. We had a great time. Lovely Hotel for a bit of pampering. In the Spa it would have been useful to have recommended usage instructions in English as the staff did not speak great English and our Spaninsh is not too good either! The Spa staff tried their best to explain things and the masage was the best we have ever had! |

the hotel was lovely everthing we wanted,the view from the hotel room was amazing. the bad thing about the hotel was that we had to book out after two nights as the rooms were not soundproofed as they said and i needed some sleep! it rewined our holiday as we were meant to stay for 5 days |

We found the staff at reception welcoming and very efficient when we arrived.The staff at the poolside reception at the Irwin/Deneigri wedding were also particularly nice. We thought the breakfast was very poor probably because of the huge number of people. |

The hotel is a very luxurious hotel, we were at a wedding there and it was perfect. The staff in the hotel are lovely and it is definately a hotel I would return to. |

The hotel was not too overcrowded like a normal package holiday is. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of sun loungers. I did not dislike anything but I thought the drinks could be a bit expensive |

The hotel has a great location near to the beach, with balconys that all have see view. Spacy bathroom and comfortabel romm size. Massage pool in the spa is an asset. The hotel is very crowded in the high season and the staff is too limited to give any personal service to the guests. The Beach Bar was below any comment. |

The daughter of some family friends got married at the hotel (so there were about 25 of us staying at the hotel). The hotel is ideally positioned, with great facilities - and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A really good experience! For me, the beds were too firm. |

The room didn't seem t have any sound proofing at all. I was kept awake by the sounds of doord closing heavily and people walking up the corridors. Every footfall. |

Very helpful staff on reception and restaurant I thought staff in spa were not very helpful. Whenever I tried to book anyhting theywere always on the phone having very long convestaions and would keep you waiting for at least 10 -15 minutes with no apology |
