The price of he accomodation, the price and quality of food in the restaurant and the ambience of the reception area. Staff were efficient and welcoming. Plenty of hot water and heating very good. Only one chair in room, no access to a balcony, lack of storage facilities or shelving in the bathroom. |

The location was great, 5 minute walk to a wonderful mall, and a 10 minute walk to the beach or to town. The breakfast and dinners were great. We were were there 5 nights and the dinner menu never repeated itself. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful place to spend Christmas. |

A great hotel with wonderful facilities. The apartments were well equipped for a short stay and very clean. While the kitchen was very functional it was a bit old. The hotel was a bit far from the beach so you need a car but it's right next to an enormous shopping complex with cinema and restaurants so there's lot's to do near. |

Entertainment for kids dislike Buffet, they should have menu's to choose from too at the restaurant and facilities to dine at the aquabar because they only offer lunch. |

The pool, but there were 30 or so people from my family booked into the hotel for a wedding and when it was being booked no one told us that the facilities were not available until June 1st. A lack of things to do and there were small children and we were very disappointed. Read above, it was just very poor and a lot of money was spent on this holiday. You will appreciate that this was most peoples annual holiday and when we arrived there was nothing to do especially for the children I cannot understand why so many people were booked in if there were no facilities for us. Also we paid for half board and the food was awful and we ate out most of the time. |

it was close to amenities nice location that gave easy access to many of the coastal areas. The rooms as was the hotel were all clean and well kept. I suppose easier access for guests staying in block 2. However for security reasons going through the main reception area has its advantages aswell as peace of mind. |

This is the second time I have booked this hotel for a large group in conjuntion with a sportsarrangement. It is simply the best value for money in the area, period! Not posh, just good apartements and facilites, nice and tolerant personel and located beside a huge shoppingcenter. 5 - 8 mins refreshing walk to the beach is no probs for me. Only thing is a total lack off soap and linen for dishwashing |

The rooms,reception and restaurant area were excellent and very comfortable.Food was good. As with the Gran Hotel Costa del Sol where we spent 3 days at Christmas there was no entertainment. We had to go to another Hotel on New Years Eve to see in the New Year ! None of the facilities advertised were available.No Indoor swimming pool,no sauna ,no games room ,no gymn.The only thing open was the Library. |

Hotelli oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Sesongin ulkopuolella huoneen hinta oli edullinen. Sijainti oli matkani tarkoituksen kannalta erinomainen. Hotellialueen ulkopuolella ympäristö ei kaikkein viihtyisin. |

Instalaciones deportivas y piscina No tiene parking y esta en una zona muy poco segura, tuve la oportunidad de ver un robo de un bolso a una señora en los alrededores del hotel mientras aparcaba y al parecer es muy habitual en la zona. El bufe y desayuno malos y muy mal servido. |
